I bought a new couch and recliner. They were reasonably priced, Kevin the salesman was great. The 2 young men that delivered them were amazing. Kind, professional and friendly.

The mark of a company's quality is how they handle a problem and Therapedic makes it almost impossible to rectify a problem with your mattress. Thankfully I've never had a warranty issue with a mattress til now, and I've probably bought ten plus mattresses for my family, but infortunately our problem occurred with a Therapedic mattress. We bought a Therapedic mattress a little over 3 years ago from Runge Furniture in Coeur d'Alene and when it started to fail we were told that Therapedic had a systematic process that we had to go through in order to see what was failing. First they had Runge test the box spring and once they decided that that was failing they replaced that. Then once we realized, which was very quickly, that the mattress was also bad, they had Runge come out and test that. Now we're getting the brush off and when we press Runge Furniture they're telling us that Therapedic says they only handle that through a repair and that the mattress will be gone 4 to 6 weeks. Does that make any sense for a company to ship a mattress 500 miles twice and repair it and leave the customer with no mattress for over a month!!!!!!????? Bad business, worthless warranty, stay away. Glad that I've never previouy had a problem with a mattress but sorry it had to be with this manufacturer. #warranty worth less than a mattress plastic shipping wrap.

If zero stars were possible then that’s what I would give. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The absolute worst customer service. I bought a couch there over a year ago and it broke 2 weeks later. They came out and looked at it and they would be back to fix it. They weren’t. 6 months later the parts were finally ordered. Meanwhile the other side broke and they won’t come back out to look at it. Here we are another 6 months later and still no parts. I’ve been trying to just return it and since the rep will only give them 50% of the price they have to “have a meeting” about giving me the full amount whenever the owner gets back into town. The newish manager keeps saying that she agrees I should just get my money back but she has yet to ever even call me back. I call and go in but still nobody has any answers.

I purchased a queen mattress in March of 2019 and it has not held up vey well. I use it for my Airbnb but is not used very often. I called them today because it has a 5 year warranty, and they told me I would have to pay $69.95 to even have them come out to check it. I told the manager I would not pay that as it is still under warranty. To make this short, the customer service sucks!!!!

Just awful. There’s no such thing as customer service or communication. The bed we bought is uncomfortable at best. Lumpy and not worth what we paid for it. The manager is a joke. Same for the sales rep. Save your money and time and find anywhere else to go.

TL;DR - While we were mislead in our initial purchase by a different sales man, Cesar Farfan went above and beyond in helping find a resolution that left my wife and I happy. His efforts and professionalism are the reason why Everton gets a good review despite our terrible experience. We will be returning to Cesar for future furniture needs.Review:The wife and I moved to Twin Falls in October of 2021. We paid a moving company who delivered our mattress water damaged and unusable. We needed to find a mattress as soon as possible and the only place that had any in stock was Everton. The sales person initially seemed helpful and gave us a lot of (bad) information that lead to our purchase. We had our new mattress the next day and all seemed well.Jump forward a month, the wife and I started to experience pretty bad back pain. My own back pain was so bad that I ended up going to a chiropractic specialist 7 times for adjustments before we went to visit family for the 2022 holiday season. When we were away from the mattress, both the wife and I's back pain went away in a couple of days. Turns out the mattress was not agreeing with us so, as soon as we were back in town, I reached out to Everton to return the mattress since we bought it under the idea that we had a 100 day sleep trial. Turns out this sleep trial was not a thing and the original sales man who sold us the mattress brushed off my phone calls multiple times. Then, I was told I would receive a call back from the store manager... which never happened because he was constantly out of town or busy. Eventually, I got fed up and just walked back in the door where I met Cesar. He was polite, professional, and he listened to why I wanted to return the mattress. He did explain that there was some level of miscommunication or misunderstanding so he was going to have to say no to returning the mattress and getting some kind of a refund. I explained to him this was unacceptable since we were sold the mattress based off of bad information and it had caused significant medical bills. He said to give him a day and he would talk to his manager and the folks at corporate to see how they can help.Cesar did go truly above and beyond to help get the situation corrected. We did not get a full refund (I told Cesar I'd be happy with a 60% refund so they can at least cover their costs on the deal since they were also losing out based on bad info), but we did eventually get our problem resolved with Cesar being a truly great person to work with. I can't give this guy enough credit or communicate how appreciative we are that he took care of us.

Purchased a mattress here last month, purchased a mattress cover for that bed and then couple weeks ago I purchased a twin size for the bed in my semi. I was just guessing at the length and unfortunately I guess wrong. Went in yesterday to return it and because I'm leaving that company and not knowing where I'm going I didn't want to exchange it. The guys helping me were very efficient and didn't hassle me about the return and understanding why I wasn't going to get one at the present time. I'll be back when I know what my situation is.
