My primary physician Dr. Elinor Johnson is great! Super easy to communicate with and takes the time to listen and in depth answer any questions I can have during visits. My OB Dr. Cathy Canty amazing! has answers to every question I possibly have, very accessible and available to respond to my questions and needs. Highly recommend both providers! Nurse Alma Perotto super friendly and sweet always on point with reaching to inform about labs. Front office helpful and friendly, overall 388 clinic is great!! 5 stars

I went in today because I had pressure in my lower abdomen, and I was extremely concerned. The receptionists were professional and nice. The doctor that examined me, Amanda Luckock was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time. I wanted to ask her about another symptom I’ve been having, and she said she doesn’t have time to answer every question and that if I was really that concerned that I should make another appointment. It just sucks because I can really only come in on the weekends And, Unfortunately, any weekend we go in she’s always there. Me and my family have never had a problem with anybody else There. It’s Just this one doctor ,Amanda, that makes the entire appointment uncomfortable, wierd, and unwelcoming. I hope whatever she has going on in her life it gets better.

This has to be one of the nicest staff ever. Took my seven kids in for shots and these girls all pitched in to help with paperwork and they brought in girls to just hold the kids hands during their shots. Everyone was so happy and fun. My little girl that was scared to death of shots said she felt calm when the girl held her hands and she wasn't scared anymore. Thank you so much for all your help.

Not impressed by their business practices recently nor the quality of staff they have for receptionist and nurses. Rude, unprofessional, and the organization has really gone down hill. A few docs there are super great but overall just really a disappointment.

Staff is wonderful and nice, mostly. I had my appointment and everything was great. A few problems, mostly caused by my lack of patience, but otherwise, phenomenal.I did have one of the receptionists hang up on me after I called, but that's fine, it was probably an accidentIt's really clean and well taken care of with very funny and nice staff, just the receptionists kinda bringing the place down collectively. But the Doctors and Nurses are amazing

Dr Rodemack is the best doctor I’ve ever had, he treats you like an individual and truly cares about helping people. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the front desk and nursing staff. They need to be reminded that you are there because you are sick and a bit more compassion would be very much appreciated.

I have received medications and education from FHS Pharmacy Twin Falls since they opened several years ago. They have consistently proven to be an excellent pharmacy source. The staff is excellent and I love the attention to detail and the ongoing medication education. While I have worked with other good pharmacies FHS TF is the very BEST.

It's a scam and I've heard a lot of people fall for it. I was refered here by idaho mental health years ago for a checkup which I was told would be free. I was skeptical and asked the person who refered me if it was free. I asked the person at the front desk, the nurse and the doctor. All of them told me totally free. I was worried because back then I literally had no money at all to cover anything. But I was assured that I was covered under their low income program. So after my visit on my way out this receptionist at the tells me oh about your copay... yup. "Free". They tell you that and then they charge you. I'm not the only one though. I have a friend who went there and got "free" blood work done. He ended up paying a lot more than a copay. Lying to people who are low income and then charging them doesn't help them. The attorney general's office should shut this place down.

Dr. Rodemack and Dr. Canty are wonderful doctors! Dr. Long wasn’t our favorite, but he did an adequate job. It’s a wonderful office and I love how caring and understanding they are!
