This review is purely for whoever answered the phone on Monday, March 4th, around 5 pm. My cat was feeling poorly all weekend but on Monday he started to really go downhill. I called my usual vet and they couldn't get him in. They recommended that I call around and see if another vet could see him, so that's what I did. I Googled vets in the Twin Falls area and just started at the top. Green Acres was the 4th vet on the list and the 4th vet that I called. The woman who answered said that they couldn't see him but to call around. I told her that I was calling around and that Green Acres was the 4th vet that I'd called. She kind of scoffs then tells me "There's a lot more than four vets, girlfriend." I'm sorry that I didn't call you in whatever order you deemed to be more appropriate but that doesn't justify the condescending response. Also, I'm not your girlfriend and I have no interest in being your girlfriend. In what universe would that be considered professional - let alone compassionate? Employing Nurse Ratchet is not a good look for any pet clinic. I only hope that the vets and the techs are much more professional and compassionate but the woman's demeanor on the phone was enough that I will never recommend Green Acres to anyone. And not that you asked (and you likely don't care based on how you treated me on the phone) but my cat died. On his 3rd birthday. So thank you for tainting his last few hours.

Dr Green is horrible. Not a good place to bring anybody. I have been to every vet in Twin and green acres is at the bottom of the list. How could you have a record of me as a client I have not given you my name. Smh. Are you guys serious? Every bad review you think you can pretend like the person is crazy and there is no record of reviewer. So sorry, green acres is not a good vet.

0 stars if i could. Front desk is very condensending when calling. Not friendly at all. I have 4 pets I used I take here and everytime it's a different issue. If it's not the doctor its the financial coordinators, if it's not that it's schedule. Not accommodating at all. They do not show compassion towards sick animals. My cat has a large abscess behind his ear and it was of no concern to them. I will be finding a new vet and you should too!

This vet butchered my frenchie during her C-section. We normally go to valley view but they don't do progesterone testing so we decided to try green acres out. Needless to say she cut my dog from the middle of her rib cage all the way to her groin it's horrific and normally it's just a little tiny incision. Also they didn't have the puppies in the warmer post surgery so I almost lost the entire litter! I rushed them home to the warmer and spent hours keeping them breathing until they got warm. I would avoid them like the plague! Also they charge more than double what my vet charges. Anyway, I'm staying with my original vet and we'll have to figure out my progesterone testing on my own.

Dr green is awful. Waste of money and time. Instead of just saying she forgot to check his teeth, she said they were fine. They were not. Avoid Green acres. The assistants are all nice and friendly but that is not why we go to a vet.Oh there is definitely no miscommunication. It was very simple, we asked to check teeth and she said they were fine. Only two possibilities, she forgot or she messed up.Reaching out is just a further waste of my time. No way to fix anything in this case I won't come there again.

I have always taken my pets to Green Acres and always will. The staff are kind helpful and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. I know I will always get the best care at Green Acres and will be treated very well. They go out of their way to do what’s best for their clients. They really love animals and truly care.

They are so good with my dog. The vet can be a stressful place but their patience and gentleness allows my dog to feel comfortable in their care.

They always have the nicest staff here. My dog is getting older and he's always so nervous when we get to the vet that he starts shaking. The techs and doctors here are always so patient and kind to him.

We feel so fortunate to have Green Acres Pet Center take care of our dog. Dr. Green and Dr. Stratman always exceed our expectations. The office staff is always helpful and friendly - both on the phone and in person!

My family has been bringing our pets here for several years now. The staff is always kind. I appreciate that they remember our pets and genuinely care about their welfare. I brought my kitten in not long ago. He'd been feral and sick. We had to have most of his teeth removed because they were making him sick. When he developed an abscess, the staff were genuine in their concern for him and remembered us and him when we picked up special food for him (Tarchin says hi to you all, btw, and he's doing much better). We'll see you all soon for check ups! Thank you for your care!

If I could give a zero I would! RECEPTIONIST SAID RACIAL COMMENT TO MY LITTLE GOD DAUGHTER AFTER FINDING OUT THE DOG DIDNT MAKE IT WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! She is 3 we are already heartbroken then to be saying racial comment in Spanish under her breath to us thinking I didn't know Spanish who does that to a child I just want to warn everyone and hopefully the owners can hear about this! I would be appalled if someone working for me did this, especially talking about a little girl! I have now found out her name Elvira! Someone knows the owners please let them know I don't dare call she is the receptionist or front desk person. This was a horrible thing to go through anyway then to have that, I usually don't post but I had to on this.

My fur baby, Finn, was a patient of Dr. Liz Stratman when we resided in Twin Falls. There are not enough words to express how wonderful Dr. Stratman and the entire staff at GAPC are. I am grateful for the care and compassion she showed me and Finn. Before moving to Florida, I was concerned about finding a vet I could trust to provide the same quality care. Dr. Stratman not only gave me a recommendation but actually took time to call her colleague and alert him I would be calling. For that I am forever blessed as we love Dr. Billy. I highly recommend Dr. Stratman to anyone needing veterinary services in the Magic Valley area.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Similar to other reviews it appears that unless your animal is constantly sick and visiting the vet, this clinic is unwilling to accommodate appointments in a reasonable amount of time.I called to make my dog a simple vaccine appointment and was told that because we hadn’t been there in over a year that we couldn’t be seen until 4-6 weeks later because they had to “prioritize loyal customers”. Just because my animal is not sick and visiting the vet every 6-months doesn’t mean we are not loyal.Don’t bother taking your pets here unless you plan to visit every few weeks to remain “loyal” to receive anything that resembles customer service.I would never consider taking my pets here again and you shouldn’t either!
