Husband was on but that was in an accident. The bus had children on it. Passengers were stranded in Indiana and ended up missing the next bus in MO. They used cardboard and tape to fix the window and the company instead of getting a new bus made the same driver from the accident drive this busy with broken windows to MO in 20 degree weather.

Do you really want to call this a bus station? We get out like a heard of elephants to go inside to wait for our next bus. Nowhere to sit nowhere to go is outside in the freezing cold since it's inside a market. Greyhound is really losing it glamor of the old times. Don't travel Greyhound, there are other options

I was on the Salt Lake shuttle, but we picked up some folks for the Greyhound bus. Those folks were very grateful but they did get dropped off to get onto their Greyhound bus. Everything worked out great for them.

This plane is terrible. The bus decides when it wants to show up. Leaves you stranded... no shelter. If you can avoid salt lake express or greyhound altogether i would. 24 hours we've been waiting to get picked up... they even tried to tell us that we needed to purchase new tickets because THEIR BUS NEVER SHOWED!

It’s not really a “Greyhound Station” per se…. It used to be, but the Greyhound ticketing station gear is gone and the stationmaster has moved on. The room they once occupied is still there and there are some chairs you can sit in while you wait on your coach during the day. If you have an early AM bus, you’re going to be out in the cold waiting until the gas station opens up. That’s how you access the waiting room, through the convenience store. Anyways, it’s not so bad unless you’re catching that early AM westbound. It can also be weird if you layover heading Elko-way via the Salt Lake Express, or so you I’ve heard.

It's not a bus station. The gas station that the bus stops at. However the workers are very polite and very accommodating.

They serviced the bathroom on the bus when we arrived there which got rid of the nasty smell that was permeating throughout the bus.

Bus was 3 hours behind. In Springfield, Or. Was taken off the bus and the lady named JoJo sent me to a motel. Grayhound paid for taxi to and from and motel. JoJo was very nice and took good care of me. I would have had to stand out on the street in Portland OR for next day. Thank you grayhound. When I have to travel agent I will be on the bus again.

Bus was to show up at 1:30am today(02-06-2020) and yet 5:50am rolls around and there was no bus. The bustracker did nothing to help figure out where it was as it couldn't find the estimate time of arrival. I really hope that when the office here in twin falls opens, that they can get me to Cheyenne before Saturday. If not, I need a refund as it is on them for not having a bus and not informing me of any changes. Mind you, I havent slept in 24 hours for this trip.
