Spacious rooms and a large bathroom. Breakfast was great, and coffee was available 24 hours plus they have hot chocolate! Their lobby is cozy with the fireplace to sit and talk. Emmy was great and very informative and personable. She made us feel like we were home. They also have a washer and dryer available for guests!

After a long 9 hour drive from Oregon to Twin Falls our company who reserves our rooms cancelled them. Tori was such an amazing help and superstar problem solver who is the receptionist at this hotel. I would give her infinity stars if I could for how amazing and quickly she handled the situation for us. Thank you Tori for all your help.

My experience was so awful at this hotel and with this hotel’s staff that even as a Diamond Member, I will never stay at another Hilton property again (after I use up all of my HH points.)BE CAREFUL!!! I was falsely accused of having a pet in my room (I suspect I was set up by housekeeping IMO because I insisted on daily housekeeping - which we all pay for, BTW!) and charged a $75.00 pet fee without even talking to me!! And then I was gaslighted and laughed at by the front desk when I expressed displeasure at being falsely accused. I was later found “not guilty” of having a pet in the room and received some (not all like I deserved based on the factors involved) compensation, but the way the manager Alyssa handled the situation, along with Travis at Safari Hospitality and the two front desk agents, Tori and Caitlyn, I will never have another paid stay at a Hilton property ever again. All corporate does is sell the Hilton name to the highest bidder and then it’s “hands-off”, and groups like Safari Hospitality can do as they please with little corporate oversight. In terms of accommodations, believe the other reviewers when they tell you it’s just plain GROSS! Just to show you how little Safari cares about this property, this hotel looks like it is stuck in the 90’s and is unclean and in need of major renovation, which is obvious they refuse to do.If you choose to say at this hotel against my advice, do so at your own peril. A hotel who will set a guest up IMO and accuse without any evidence of having a pet in the room (just to get out of cleaning the room) will accuse you of God knows what as well. If you request housekeeping, show video of your room and the outside showing the DND sign is off. That way, housekeeping has no excuse not to clean your room upon request. Many properties (I did not have that experience here, it others have at other Hilton properties) housekeepers will lie and say your DND sign was on the door when it wasn’t, just to get out of cleaning the room.People tend to say “great location” and that part is true; but it’s not worth the hell you will experience if you stay in this dump with the staff (with the exception of Liv, who was the only one who handled my situation with compassion) who just accused a Diamond member of having a pet in the room with no evidence, just to get out of doing her job, IMO. Too many other choices in the area to settle for a dump that falsely accuses its guests without evidence.

On our first visit to the area and we booked this place to stay. It is right on Highway 93 as it comes into town and is super convenient location. It's directly across the street from Costco Warehouse and gas station. A Chevron is also on the other corner. There is a Target right next door. We checked in late afternoon and the girl working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She carefully explained everything that was available to us. The rest of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. And very large! This room had a king bed, sofa sleeper, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We both had two very solid and restful nights of sleep here. Most of the guests seemed to be contract workers so the morning breakfast was a little busier but they don't stick around long as they have to get to work. Definitely deserving of this 5 star review.

We stayed in the king suite with whirlpool and were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the level of service and courtesy provided by the staff. While the building is one of the classic Hamptons it is meticulously kept up and cleaned. The whirlpool in our suite was roomy enough for two, there was plenty of hot water to fill it, and everything was clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were also well maintained and clean.Breakfast was what you'd expect of a Hampton Inn.The staff was courteous every time we walked through the doors and helpful with local suggestions. I'd recommend a day trip to the Craters of the Moon National Park while you're there.Note, if you drive an EV the hotel doesn't have a charger, but there are a couple options in town.

This is an older location that is tired and in need of a full renovation. Location is great with Costco fuel across the street. However… when I found a bedbug on my pillow in the middle of the night, that was end of my sleeping comfort. Putting the bug into an empty water bottle and dropping it off at the front desk did prompt a call from a “manager “ later in the day. The manager explained that since we had used Hilton Points to stay , she would not be available to do anything for us except issue 5000 bonus points.Yes, she acknowledged it was a bedbug and that they would treat the room. Overall- I would not recommend this location.

This hotel is in a great location. Walkable distance to the stores and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very good and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Really enjoyed our stay.Rooms: Very clean, nice. Comfortable. I enjoyed it.Walkability: Walking to distance to Target, McDonald's, the Magic Valley Mall. The overview of the snake river isn't far to walk. There's all kinds of shops and restaurants near by too.

This hotel has no sympathy for family emergencies. I DO NOT recommend. Extremely poor customer service. I understand hotel policy but when a family emergency arises that requires hospitalization, the last thing on anyone’s mind is cancelling the hotel. I forgot to cancel my hotel a day late after having a family emergency that cancelled my business trip. I called the hotel and shared my story and they were still unwilling to refund me for my stay. If it was negligence on my part, I’d understand. But given the circumstances, it was simply an honest lapse in memory. I think I deserve a refund. Charging someone $169 before taxes for a room they never stayed in is outrageous. I would have cancelled my hotel room, per policy, if I’d known I would have to cancel last minute. But I didn’t. We can’t always control what happens in life. It would have been really nice to have some sympathy for everything my family unexpectedly went through. Especially since prior to this year, I’ve been a Diamond member for several years. I’ve done a lot of business with Hilton/Hampton hotels. I would have considered myself a loyal customer. I won’t be from now on. They don’t deserve my business if they can’t sympathize with customers. This is extremely poor customer service, regardless of hotel policy. I’ve worked in the hotel industry before. I know exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances. This hotel and its staff have no sympathy or customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.Your support team was LESS than helpful when I talked to them. The front desk manager had no sympathy for me and just kept saying, "hotel policy, hotel policy" like a broken record.

Good hotel, good rooms, small but okayish indoor pool and hot tub. Gym available. Breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery, what an environmental waste. Early checkin was not possible, unfortunately.Nearby activities: Perrine coulee falls quite close, and the canyon and waterfront park as well. Lots of eating in the vicinity.
