Went in for a roof basket. Never had been in store before and was expected by some woman with glasses to know where it was. I asked if they price matched online product and she just said “no, that’s just a coupon,” and proceeded to not help. Terrible customer service. Was bitchy and rude. Loved my roof basket though.

Ive been shopping at this store for years very happy with it till today im handicap on oxygen asked for help to get a hose reel told her i can not lift it she rudely said she was by herself and was rude there on didn’t dare ask for help to load maybe im overreacting but it was not the service i am use to

I'll never go to this store ever again they charged me 4 times for the same charge I'm calling there corporate office and the BBB on them for doing this because there ripping people off and they need to fix the problems and all they say is oh it did well maybe by Monday it should be fixed watch how they charge on your credit card because they will charge you 4 times or more for what you buy and the manager is lazy and a real ignorant person and the 2 cashier lady's are dumber than a box of pop rocks this place is a real bad place to shop 2 years later got ripped off again anyone shopping here should really be careful this place will charge you multiple times for your purchase and will charge you again the next day and give you a B.S excuse when you confront them with this B.S !!!!!!!!

Made a stop here. Need some carabiners. They had what I needed. The store was nice, very organized, and easy to find things. The employee at the register was very friendly.

Harbor Freight has been my go to place for most of my Homeowner or Hobbyist tool.
Their tool selction has been upgraded over the years.
I started shopping at Harbor Frieght around 1992, and have been generally statisfied with my purchases. Quality of thier tools has improved over the years, and I have no complaints, except on myself, as I can not afford to purchase some of the things I want,
I suppose I could used their Credit Program, but I have worked hard to keep my Monthly Bills to as minimum as possible, and I like having some funds at the end of the month.

Very disappointed, I bought a drill from Harbor Freight on Pole Line Road then after four months the drill just burn out and stop working.
I went to the store to buy a new one, but the girl at the cash register said just to bring your old one and we will exchange, I told her it’s past 90 days, she said, even though we will override it, just to bring it back.
I live in the country so I drove 20 miles home and a 20 miles back and when I got to the store, her manager said oh no we can’t exchange it, so I told them why did you make me drive all the way home and back to the store for nothing, she says I’m sorry I didn’t know about it.
Well, I believe that “I’m sorry” not going to help me with wasting my time and gas for my truck.
their customer service is worthless and their product is absolutely worthless.
