Every time I have had fraudulent activity ICCU has had my back. Also, when worst comes to worse their overdraft fees are less than other banks.

I recently had an issue with my daughter's remote deposit of her paycheck that I ended up having to cover until the issue could be resolved. In stepped Joann Habbaba. Her empathy towards the situation, the knowledge of business, her trouble shooting skills, were nothing short of amazing. I think what put it over the top was her " I got you attitude." I recieve no joy in trouble shooting banking stuff, and she seemed to thrive on it. That is why I give my full support to Joann Habbaba for CEO of customer service for not only Iccu, but for any business or corporation. Kudos to you ICCU for hiring a gem like Joann, she is definitely an asset you should protect.

ICCU cannot keep accounts straight. I go in to make deposits and tell them which account and they still get it wrong! This has happened at both Twin Falls and Jerome. I have little confidence in this bank. Bank tellers need to pay better attention to where the transactions are going!

I’ve been banking with ICCU for about 6 years and they offer great services. They helped me get started building credit, making the whole process simple and easy. Their employees are all well trained and give me a great experience when I go to an ICCU location. The only issue is that their services are more limited in comparison to some of the bigger banks in the area.

Honestly used to love and would never think of leaving ICCU. A month after me and my wife were approved for our home loan and moved in they sold our loan. I get it's a common thing for banks to do this but caused a big inconvenience. Me and my wife are planning on leaving ICCU.

This bank has the worst overdraft fees! I just saw today I was barely in the negative because of a charge that came in today and before I could go to the bank to pay off that small charge and add money I noticed I had to overdraft fees making it to where I was in the negative Waymore than I should’ve been I wasn’t even in the negative for a whole day before being charged and this is not the first time it’s happened to me I didn’t use my account for a couple months due to my transplant surgery and decided to check on it one day to have found out I was negative a couple hundred dollars because of these fees.

Worst bank in town. Once the loan is funded, they will ignore you for any other services you may need!

My family and I started a small business and needed to set up a business account. We were so happy we chose this place! They are extremely friendly and understanding. We had to bring the kids with us but it didn’t bother Jennie (the assistant manager ) one bit! Jennie Madrigal was extremely helpful and got us taken care of even though we came unprepared. Thank you Jennie and ICCU!

I have experienced several problems with my checking account in less than a month of having it. They resolved 2 of them, but I am still out $40 due to ridiculous charges and fees. 3 stars for amazing customer service always though.
