I believe her name was Abi? Very helpful and knew what she was doing. Counted back my money 3xs and ENSURED I had the correct amount for my vacation also submitted a travel notification for me. Everyone greeted me with a smile THANKFUL I LEFT ICCU.

I cannot speak for personal accounts, but as a business bank I recommend that you avoid KeyBank, Twin Falls. After having business accounts in multiple banks and multiple states and multiple countries, it is clear to me that this branch has zero knowledge or experience with interstate and international banking.Also note that under the KeyBank depositor agreement, KeyBank holds the right to freeze, cancel or terminate any account for any reason at any time. After a decision is made to freeze or put a hold on an account, it may take weeks or even months to obtain resolution or access to your funds.

They were good up to the point they held my money from me and refused to release any of it I have bills to pay and because they are refusing to release my funds my account is overdrawn. The messed up part is they released them and then took them back.

Add another fee of 38.50Bank account = -115.50Merchant fee because key bank yanked payment 20.00Can be repeated up to 5 times a day. If so bank account now in negative of 562.50. not junk fees? Really? That is ONLY fees.ORPay the bill and charge one fee?

The connection between customer satisfaction and key bank is terrible. Corporate will probably receive this review and not even let the branch know how to be better. I deposited my check via mobile deposit and I read funds would be available Saturday March 7 @9am. I’ve done this before but now this time there’s a hold on my check. Perfect timing key, farmers would answer the phone until 1 to try and help me out.

All loan personnel tend to lie and miss lead . A 99000 loan transfer was written up as 103000, even after I was ask to personally drive over and get the payoff from the other bank. When I brought this to Roxanne's attention she said it didn't matter. A solar loan was quote was 4% by the time Kelly got done it was 5.75%. A 10 year fixed loan at 2.5% turned into a 20 year loan at 3.94%.

Edit: I opened an accont with them over 3 weeks ago. Got direct deposit set up with over $450 & I can't access any of my funds because I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DEBIT CARD! I've called been given several different responses on their end but absolutely no communication! This is ridiculous! Is this how business is run in Idaho???? I will be pulling my funds out today & canceling my account. Absolutely absurd.

Cashed my check here yesterday. Super friendly & quick. Very convenient. Will be opening an account with them on Tuesday.
