I will use them over and over again. The job was completed fast and their prices were beyond reasonable. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing engine work. They’re a hometown business who knows what they’re doing and they do it so well. Thank you guys SO MUCH for saving my engine and saving me from having to buy a new car with all of this inflation.

Took my disassembled short block to them first part of November, after calling and getting the ok to bring it. I was told MAYBE 45 days to complete the job of boring the block and installing cam bearings. I thought that was a bit long of a time frame, but since I didn't need it overnight, I went with it. Now it's over 3 months later (90 days plus) and I have received not one call back. I called THEM once, first part of January, and was told PROBABLY by the end of January, because they were busy, funny, when I dropped my block off it didn't look busy, but lo and behold, crickets, nothing but crickets. I'll give them one more week (because of my work schedule) and I'm going to get my stuff and take it to a machine shop that will give updates and a true timeline. A little update here and there works wonders. I certainly hope this isn't the norm for them. But I will say no matter how this turns out, this will be my only time patronizing Kidd Performance and I will relate this experience to everyone who asks.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! No communication they’ve had my customers heads for 3 months, with no updates unless I call several times. When you do reach someone they know lil to nothing about your parts and have to ask someone else in their shop.They have a sticky note documentation system, where they write your name an number down and what you want done on a sticky note and then say they’ll call ya and never doService: Engine repair
