As a reply on my review, Jose Guevara mentioned I could call him and we'll resolve the situation.That was a lie.I have emailed, called, and left almost a dozen voicemails at this point and there has not been so much as a "I'll call you soon" email as a reply. This is straight-up delay tactics and if you try to hold Lithia to their word you're going to get the same result.Lithia will take your money then stick you with a lemon and never reply or take responsibility for it. You'll be left with the bill because Lithia will run out on it 100% of the time.Avoid this dealership at all costs and go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else

After having the car delivered and within 50 feet of driving it off the truck, the Check Engine light came on. I was told to drive it to the nearest Lithia dealership. The nearest Lithia dealership is nearly 100 miles away and I would have to drive through NYC and pay tolls. I was told they would "consider" paying back the tolls, or a tow if I had to go that route. Instead, after three days of back and forth, I was instructed to bring it to an official Mitsubishi dealership so the work could be subletted out to the shop under Lithia's 60-day/3,000-mile warranty. Both Lithia and the company responsible for the extended warranty declined the repairs and never once gave a reason why.The car cannot pass NYS inspection without the necessary work to be done. Lithia is trying to force me to pay for it out of pocket. Now Lithia is also telling me that returning the vehicle and getting my down payment back is "unfortunately not possible" without any explanation. The car has been at the shop now for three weeks while I fight this battle. I was in possession of the car for 5 minutes.Avoid Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls

I have a very hard time saying anything good right now. I went in there to buyvehicle 3 weeks and less than 1000 miles driven on it and the transmission goes out. Yeah, I bought it as is but I would have expected a little bit more assistance and help. Because I cannot afford a transmission .It's pretty pathetic that nobody is willing to help me down there except for George and Bucky and Izzy went above and beyond to try and get me every bit of help they could but I can't say anything else good. I am frustrated p***** off I have a yard ornament that cannot be driven? And now I have such a filthy foul taste in my Mouth that i don't care what happens to the truck. I will not repair it now. I do not want to drive it. I have no Faith or trust in this truck at all. Who knows what else is gonna go? They don't have certified pre-owned vehicles. I wouldn't go back the way I'm feeling right now. I don't want to go back. I will not ever drive it. want it gone I want it demolished stolen whatever I don't care. But I will not ever use this truck again ever and I do not want to repair it. I want it gone, and because nobody down. There was really trying to help me out except for George and Buckyand Izzy. I would not put my family in this vehicle and push it for fear it would hurt or kill them. I expected more help and care and concern for me to help remedy the situation but got a big middle finger .

The salesman said he would take care of my 83 year old mother. Ended up he sold her a car that they installed new tires on with a bent rim. Just another slimeball car salesman.

Recently bought a car through Lithia. My husband and I didn’t have any issues with the sales side when buying the car. We signed a we-owe to get the headlights replaced because they didn’t match. The service department replaced the headlights and after a day, the right blinker stopped working. When we called the service department, they told us they were booked out until the middle of October and booked us for an appointment on 10/17. While on the phone, they said they might have to charge us “diagnostic fees” and possibly for the parts. When further looking into it, October 17th just happens to be the very first day after our warrantee is up. We bought lifetime oil changes through them and I will never go there. Rather just pay the money to deal with a service department that isn’t slimey.

Called to schedule my oil change in my jeep. The young man fit me in earlier than I expected. When I went there the service writer was extremely nice and told me I can wait in the waiting room, should be 45-60 mins. In no time, maybe 30 mins. My jeep was waiting for me all completed. Service was wonderful and now I wish I knew their names. Great customer service.

Worked the process out with JD, service was smooth. He answered all my questions without a hassle and made the process seem short with his good communication skills. This is my second vehicle from here and highly recommend…. 10/10 - 5 Stars!!

Izzy was absolutely amazing! Going above and beyond his step goal today to help find a happy deal. Very understanding of the goal we were trying to accomplish and polite all the way through. Thank you for the kindness.GRAG, however, was incredibly aggressive and told us that the car, that we had already driven twice, could not be driven off the lot today because it was missing a part (that we were already going to be paying for) and it was a liability. After talking down to us, he went across the sales floor and talked badly about us to his associates. Glad we got Izzy back afterwards.

Good service department. Pushy, as usual, when going to the car sales side. We said we didn't want to talk to anyone and they left us alone for all of 4 1/2 minutes before someone else came over. I'm quite positive I won't ever buy a vehicle from them. Their sales people don't listen.

I did have an ok experience when getting my oil changed. But they told me that my engine air filter needed to be changed, it was almost clean when I checked it. I had a nail in my tire, and they told me it couldn't be salvaged and recommended all new tires. I took the tire elsewhere and they fixed it. I believe they are constantly trying to upsell. I would avoid them if you don't want to be sold unnecessary items.

Bought a used vehicle on line. We live 2 hours away but they delivered the vehicle and took our trade in. Everything went fine except they did not bring the extra key and fob.Chad called a month later and said they have the key and we could pick it up.We drove the 2 hours to the dealership but then they could not find the key. Chad said he would mail it when they find it but that has not happened!

I am sorry to report that Lithia Motors gets my award for the worst automotive service I have seen in many years.In early December I had a non-working key fob and ordered a new one from your parts dept…approx $245.Never told that there would be a charge of $185 to change the computer code in the car nor that it would benecessary to actually have the car there instead of the other key fob. Original invoice number:122076It took 6 weeks to get the fob and I only found out by calling repeatedly…Never notified by parts even though youhad all my contact info.My wife took the car in to have it reprogrammed and left it and both key fobs for the several hours Service requested, at great inconvenience to her (WE DON’T LIVE IN TWIN FALLS).At that time she was told that the fob doesn’t include a key(!) and that was a separate charge and would take more time!We were out of town, away from home for several weeks. Shortly after returning I came to Twin Falls to get the key which according to your parts dept. was made and ready to be picked up. I came by March 7th at 11am and there was NO KEY. Parts told me (after searching for 10 minutes) that they would make it. I finally picked it up 2 hours later.I get home and finally tried the (backup) key fob your dealership made 3 weeks before. IT DOESN’T WORK!!This factual account needs to be put on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google reviews to warn others of your service failures.Besides parts and service failures, I got NO help from the manager of operations in sales…the whole dealership seems infected with indifference and poor customer service.Lithia spends a fortune annually to promote their business. Do they really need a barrage of negative publicity?

I really appreciate dealerships that will work through email and text while negotiating like this group did. And the cherry on top, they gave me the best deal I could find on the exact truck I wanted.Don't let the corporate name scare you. The culture and communication is more like a small town dealership than a corporate dealership.Thanks for your help Izzy!

We were traveling through the area and found an oil leak in our Jeep. Called Lithia and Kelly was able to work us in the very next day. We drop it off the night before and Dustin called us the next morning 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment with a diagnosis. He gave us an estimate over the phone which I approved and he ordered the parts. They got the Jeep done and it came in right at the estimate, no surprises. The best part, Dustin answered the phone everytime I called for an update. I never had to leave a message with the hope someone would called me back. I would definitely use them again if I need repairs in Twin Falls.
