Would have given 5 stars. But their change machine shorts you a quarter with every use. Put in $10 got $9.75 thought maybe I dropped a quarter then put in $5 and counted got $4.75 there is no signage posted saying there is a charge for the change machine. It's to bad everything else was clean and easy to use.

Visiting the area and needed a 24 hr laundromat because the guest laundry at the hotel was without a dryer temporarily. Magic Suds is the only 24 hr laundry facility in the area and I did have a couple difficulties upon arrival. Both change machines were down AND then after looking for more quarters in the car, I locked it up and left the keys inside. I was really not sure what would come next but it was really my day because at that exact time I noticed an attendant who had come to clean . I told her my situation and she didn't hesitate before welcoming me into the backroom which contained all sorts of tools and contraptions and told me I could use whatever I thought would snag the key lanyard through the slightly open window. VERY helpful with a friendly and caring attitude ! I quickly found a thin but strong sprinkler system key with which I was able to snag the lanyard easily in a matter of 2 minutes from panic to resolved! And then she changed out my $2 in bills with quarters from a change cup in back to get me enough for the wash. Without even a speck of attitude or acting inconvenienced. Wouldn't life be so much easier if everyone cared like this good lady did when I thought I had just created an all-nighter for myself.

Place is open 24/7. Plenty of washers and dryers. The people were nice also

This place was clean and I was the only customer. But things quickly went south.. 2 washers flooded the laundry mat and 4 of the 6 dryers I took didn't even hardly get warm .

The washers work great no issues there, but the dryers suck What should have taken me an 40 mins took me 2 hours because the dryers wouldn’t dry anything. There’s no laundry tenant so there’s nobody to tell the dryers aren’t working and I wasted $10 trying to dry my clothes in 3 different dryers.

Very dirty. Ants. Not a good place for folding freshly washed clean clothes. No smaller options for drying big dryers only. Cost $0.25 for 6minof dry time.

Only fairly clean. No bathroom or sink. The washers worked well, but although the dryers were hot, the clothes never seemed to dry as if the lint filters had not been properly cleaned or the venting system was clogged up, thus not allowing the humidity to escape. And I had split one double washer between two dryers so there were very few clothes to dry. Had to pour way more quarters into the dryers than any other laundromat I can remember.

Clean, lots of folding tables.Loved that we had the choice of an app or coins to pay.Only issue was the one dryer we used at first didn't work well, moved them, the next one worked. I think the lower dryers struggle so pick an upper one.

Great and close to me. Overall very easy to use any machine available. 4 stars is due to one of the dryers (#3) took my money but wouldn’t start it’s cycle. I opened it up to attempt some sort of reset but nothing only to see that the timer actually started counting down. Lost $0.75, it’s not a lot so I’m not bothered. Just putting this here so the owner could possibly know the issue.

Have been coming to the laundromat for almost a year now and love that I am able to use the pay range app to pay to have my clothes washed and dried that way instead of carrying around a ton of quarters. Only thing is when I didn't laundry today and was putting in a load of clothes to try I lost $2 because the dryer wouldn't spin and there was no indication that it was not working.

All of the washers were dirty. You can see the mold on the outside by the door and in the plastic lining of the washers. One of the washers didn’t spin my clothes and they came out soaking wet and I had To pay to rinse them in a different washer. The dryers didn’t work either. It took extra money and time to get the rest of my clothes dry.
