I got some new radiator hoses (because I was replacing my trucks radiator anyways) and a new belt. It was a good price and hasn't failed me yet!

as a business owner i refuse to call this store or make it my last resort.mark in commercial sale is rude, like it kills him to answer then he sighs when he has to look up a part. i ordered a part and it took 4 hrs i called back and said is the part coming and he asks oh you wanted it delivered we cant do that unless you have a account, i do have one then he states now you need to have a card or charge account "ummm i do" sighs again, we all know who the guy is we all made reports and he cant be touched because he is a Dayna family member cant imagine the lost money because of him. every shop in town goes somewhere else . if he would go to stocking or didnt answer phones id gladly put my business back there

Been in there a couple times now and seam to always get Thane, he can never find anything and always has to have help from a nother employee. Yesterday I watched it happen at least three times while I was in line and then I got stuck with him and he still couldn’t find my part but the guy I went to after him Rylie helped me out no problem. Thane should be sleeping the floor because obviously he does not have the ability to work behind the counter. maybe if he could pass the drug test he would do better but looks like he has after work activities that don’t allow that to happen. I’ll never be coming back to the twin location and rather go to O’Reilly’s.

I ordered and paid online and went to the store to pick up. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait in line for my turn. The gentleman told me the others had been waiting and I would have to wait as well. This is a bit of a moral dilemma. I shopped online, made sure they had what I needed, and paid for the item. At the same time, I didn't want to take cuts. NAPA needs to figure this out if they want folks to order online.

Better quality and wider offering of in stock parts than other chains. Most likely my first choice stop for auto parts if I'm not getting them from the dealer.
