I cannot say enough great things about this place. Once I was approved they quickly got me in. Steven walked me through machine and answered all my questions. I signed up for automatic deliveries and received my initial order in 7 days. A week later I needed to change up some equipment, again they were able to get me in. This time Kent helped me work out the issues. Steven and Kent were great to work with, I cannot say enough positive things about them and Norco.

I had my first CPAP machine last month, Steve was the one that helped me, explaining how it works and the different masks I can used, I chose the nose one, after the first night using It I did not like it, I went to talk to him and he give me the face mask one, I'm happy the way it works and I only have good things to say about the help I received, Thank you Steve.

Update: After Management saw my review, they contacted me right away. I did return the item, and he assured me he will make sure it will be credited back to my account. He also took the information about the customer service i received and assured me that he would look into it and address it with the employees. He sent several emails to check if I got the funds. I hope customer service will turn around because it is emotional when, from one day to another, you have to depend on a medical device. Employees should show some compation.Customer service is awful. Had to tell the person how to do his job, ask to check if it fits, and that was too much to ask. Then, I returned the item and tried to get someone on the phone, which was impossible. Left messages and no returned phone call. Money was not credited to my account, and on top of it, they shortened me. When you pay them, the money is taken within seconds, but if they owe you , you have to jump thru hoops. There is no accountability. Will order online. Even speaking to medical professionals, the reputation is terrible.

Just started my new life with CPAP. Stressful to say the least. Thanks to Steve I’ve been able to make this “life adjustment” with very little drama. Every person I have had contact with at the Twin Falls office has been very helpful, thoughtful and patient. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but problems trying to get my ostomy supplies. First Norco only sent part of my supplies which I am unable to use without the half that they forgot. Then when I called them about it the guy I spoke with said he needed to look into it and would call me back. A week later after not hearing back I called again to be told that they could send me the other half but since they messed up every month my order would be shipped at two different times. The lady I spoke with was rude and made it clear she didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn't put one on. Don't go through them. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Stopped into Norco by St. Luke's on New Haven for a mask fitting and problems with my bipap machine. Steve helped me out, fantastic service, answered every question I had, and found the problem I was having with my machine all in 20 minutes. Thank you Steve, keep doing what you do!?

I had a horrible experience the first few nights trying CPAP primarily because I didn't know what I didn't know.If you're like me, you wound up rather randomly at Norco due to a "request" from the St. Luke's Sleep Lap to select a CPAP supplier and I somewhat randomly selected Norco who provided a ResMed AirSense 10. Here's what you need to know -- ResMed is the largest supplier of CPAP products at 48% with Philips Respironics #2 at 42%. Philips Respironics began recalling 4 million devices in 2021 which may or may not be a concern to you. There's plenty of information about the recall on the Internet if you're interested in what it's all about.Of interest is that the ResMed AirSense 10 is not the current model having been superseded by the AirSense 11. Both machines seem to be solid but the AirSense 10 sells for about 2/3 of the AirSense 11.The mask I was provided was a ResMed Airfit N20 nasal mask which seems to be a solid mask and it comes in multiple sizes. I'm not sure what size I was given.Norco provided instruction on how to hook up the tubes and add water. However, I was woefully uninformed about how to deal with problems other than "call us." The first thing I ran into was "what is the procedure when I need to get up and go to the bathroom?" (Answer: that's what the quick disconnect on the front of the mask is for. You should practice this a couple times.) Another problem was I woke up in a near panic the first night due to air rushing into my eyes. (Answer: This can happen when the mask loses its seal and can be quite disquieting the first time it happens. Solution: Watch YouTube video on adjusting the mask.)My sincere recommendation is that if you haven't gone to pick up your unit or you're trying to figure out what vendor to use to make the Sleep Lab happy, go to YouTube and search for videos with words like "CPAP beginners", "CPAP tips", and "CPAP problems" and spend a good hour watching videos. Along the way, you'll learn that there are a plethora of masks available. One question you'll want to ask Norco is "how do I try different masks if I'm not happy with this one?"Something else to know is that it's possible you might swallow air with the CPAP machine causing a stomachache andbelly bloating. This is called Aerophagia. I think I had a bit of this one night and it woke me up and was a bit scary because it was unexpected. You might want to search YouTube for "CPAP Aerophagia" and watch a video just in case it happens to you.I happened on a couple videos that talked about how some people take to CPAP like a duck to water and some experience it as one of Dante's Nine Circles of Hell. I would be in the last group but I take some solace that I'm not alone here.To Norco: You could add more value to this process by simply providing a sheet of YouTube videos that people would find useful. Additionally, information on CPAP pillows and CPAP hose holders would have been nice to know from the start.
