So today I went to oasis and i always shop there and get a monster every day I go to shop there but this guy was saying that you had to be at least 16 or up to be drinking it I though that he was playing because the workers never said nothing about it but this guy took the monsters and set them to the side and i left because y wasnt going to say nothing but now I think im nit going to shop there no more

I had to put a star because it doesn't let you put a review if you don't I will never go back to this place in my life I'm over 35 and Marty that works there has seen my driver's license many times and I went in with my man and I don't have my license with me he wouldn't even sale to me at all but he's seen many time my license what the hell is going on I felt like I was being discremade.

We stopped there for gas. We had our service dog with us. The woman, Letishia, demanded we leave the store. She stated because there is food there no animals were allowed in the store. When we stated that it was a service animal. She demanded paperwork and we told her it is illegal for her to ask us for paperwork on the animal. We paid for gas and left the store. She then proceeded to come out to the gas pump yelling at us that she had just spoken with her boss and we couldn’t come back to the store with our service animal.The law states the only questions that are allowed to be asked is:1.is the dog a service animal because of a disability? And 2. What work or task does it perform.The American Disability Act (ADA) prohibits both public and private businesses from discriminating against people with disabilities.SHAME ON YOU!!!

My grandchildren and I stopped in and bought some ice cream bars on July 7 in the late afternoon. I remember the date because. I made a remark about the ice cream truck coming after we already bought ice cream there. I noted the price due to my budget. When we were rung up, each ice cream was at least 20 to 30 cents more than the sticker price. Anywhere I have ever shopped, in my life has given me the price that the item was marked for. The girl on duty told the other girl to go remove the tags and they couldn't change any prices. I didn't want to disappoint my grandchildren or make a scene, but it bothered me. There was roughly a $1.30 difference total for all 5 ice creams. I can deal with a few cents, but this has determined that this was a little much and I won't shop at this store again. I wasn't going to say anything, but I write a lot of reviews on here for places I go to around here. I feel if nothing is said, nothing will be done to correct things.

Whenever there's a problem no one ever seems available to answer. I was in this location last night and one of their employees had the audacity to accuse me of stealing just because I was looking to see if they had any other items I needed.

I come to this store regularly (cuz I live right down the road) always have great customer service. Well tonight I go in to use a vuse vapor Alto digital coupon which specifically states that you only have a few minutes to use this coupon they click on it and it doesn't work so the gal behind the counter tries to run it again still didn't work so I'm assuming she walks in the back to get her manager or a supervisor (the girl that is helping me was very nice I had no problem with her) the manager or supervisor whoever-she-is comes up to the counter and tries to run it still doesn't work so she backs out of everything and it still doesn't work mean while the time of the coupon is expiring so she tells me there's nothing she can do about it and I go well you guys should take it now because it ain't going to do me any good anywhere else she looks at the girl that's waiting on me and tells the girl that she can accept it but if she does accept it it's going to come out of her pocket at the end of the night so they refused my coupon I have lost out on that coupon and when money is tight coupons are grateful. Was very nice to the employee or myself the way she talked. The manager or whatever she was shouldn't sit there and tell me that if it doesn't work at her store it's not going to work any other place so it's not like I missed out just at her store because she doesn't know that it wouldn't work someplace else maybe her machine was messed up.

I love this store! I love every single employee that works there currently. I work there myself. I must apologize to those of you who had negative experiences in our store... I know I wasn't the one too busy texting to help a customer, as I try my best not to do such while working- but we are all guilty of human error once in a while. I love working for Oasis... I work for the best manager I've ever had in my life. If there's ever an issue, whether it be a customer's issue or an employee's issue, it gets handled right away- generally ending on a positive note for all involved. Only downfall is, I wish we made more per hour. But that's how it seems to be everywhere anymore... It'd be nice if Idaho would raise their minimum wage, wouldn't you say? That would help matters a whole lot. Anyway, hope everyone has an awesome day!

I was just at this location. I got my coffe and approached the counter. At which point I was not greeted. Both clerks seemed to be to busy texting away on there phones to offer any assistance. After waiting a bit;the clerk I approached was gracious enough to take the time out of an apparent,(very demanding) texting schedule to ring me up. After paying I commented I did not appreciate the wait for her to finish up texting,and while at work her focus should be her job(ringing people up). At which point she became very defensive and she was texting the “Boss†but both were so busy on their phones they couldn't even offer a simple hello when I entered. I don't care if she was I contact with the “boss†in customer service industry. The focus is the customer,I will not be doing business at any of the oasis location again.
