“I was on a work trip from Ca and stopped in at Commercial Tire -- my company has us on the road for 60,000-80,000miles a year so I encounter a lot of auto shops and I've never had such great support not being from the area, Jairo actually tried helping me out on some spare trailer tires that I had and been losing air and even knowing I may not purchase anything, he went above and beyond checking all of my tires, switching wheels with tires from my spares.I have so much respect for people and companies like this that actually take pride in helping people. If there is room for growth, he deserves it.”

“Called to schedule my oil change in my jeep. The young man fit me in earlier than I expected. When I went there the service writer was extremely nice and told me I can wait in the waiting room, should be 45-60 mins. In no time, maybe 30 mins. My jeep was waiting for me all completed. Service was wonderful and now I wish I knew their names. Great customer service.”

“I grew up with Bill. We suggested to our Pops Ralph Galford that he takes his cherished 1972 Ford 3/4 ton pickup that he ordered in "new" to get a fuel pump installed and a couple other little things done. (He is 88 now). Wasn't able to go with him. As always 'no worries'. They took awesome care of him and his awesome pickup. To who it may concern, tell Bill I said hello and best wishes.
