Without a doubt everyone in that shop is beyond professional but also have the biggest heart especially their manager Josh! Can't recommend them enough as they will make sure you are taken care of as far as service can go!

I made an appointment to have my brake inspection when they finished the paperwork stated it was NOT inspected, very inflated price to repair stating new rotors needed when it was repaired by someone else after and it did not need new rotors! Bad customer service it appears they will tell customers anything hoping they will buy into it.

Josh and Anthony went absolutely above and beyond to take care of me!I felt like I was getting the run around with my car at other shops but these gentleman took me under their wing and gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I had to get a stud fixed so that I could get my new tires. Everywhere I called I was going to have to wait until another day and they were going to charge me $150 labor and whatever the parts cost. Luckily, the guys at Walmart told me to go to see you guys at pointers and Academy. Literally got me in there within 20 minutes had it fixed and only charged me 15 bucks so I recommend them to anybody.

Great service,. By far the best experience I’ve had buying tires. Kris jumped right on my car , it was almost closing time but the team got my tires done with no worries about the clock, not to mention the price was affordable. Thanks to Kris & the guys.

Was seen right away - got tire repaired & back on road & asked a few questions about tires & how much life they had left & when I would need to get new ones - great customer service - all the service guys are very helpful & worked in a professional manner & I'm very happy with the service they provide - stop in and see the guys at ok point - great job guys - I'm a customer for life ?
