Yeah... Red flags...I called and the girl that answered had no idea what en electric range was with a double oven. Then proceeded to act like I was the crazy one... Until I said like...a stove.... Electric... With an oven.....?♂️. Then the light went on and said yes I have stoves.. So I broke it down Barney style and I asked is it with an oven..? She said yes, I said ok... Does it have a single oven or two? Which they only have singles and is trying to say thank you and bye when she just hung up.. Love The customer service. ?

Paid off my ps5 and got into another contract, will use them and continue to use them, as long as the Manger is there, she is by far my favorite, will continue to give her my business!!

I would have given it more stars however, the lady that works there was extremely rude couldn’t hear a word that she was saying or understand her, and she hung up on me when I was actually speaking to somebody else, who was very polite and trying to figure everything out with me unfortunately I was in a dead zone because I drive a semi. I lost the connection but the female was very unprofessional and like I said very much rude

If I could give zero stars I would. Being harassed by someone you have on your Facebook and them calling you because now they work there. Do not feel safe with my address and phone number being able to see my personal information. Not to mention the fact that they ask if your available that same time and you telling them you have a boyfriend. Then them calling that same night thinking your boyfriend wouldn’t be around and him saying ahh my bad dawg was just wanting to say thank you for the payment. And thennnnn the Monday your payment is due him getting on his Facebook to message you again is a little creepy. Get better staff.

I've always had a pleasant experience here. I hadn't been in for several years, and when I did return, I was treated as if I was a regular highly valued customer. Kelvin helped me out on this day. His customer service and pleasant attitude was above and beyond what you might expect.

Absolutely worst experience from the get they told me my payments would be 75. Went from 75 to 81 from 81 to 85 and when they sent people to set it up the worker made inappropriate comments to me I turned him in only to find out they must not do back ground checks as this guy had a history. So they are sending random people to our houses not caring abt our safety. And then can’t even work with you after all the troubles they have given you.

My husband and I have gotten 2 things from this place, their guys shoved the product through our door scratching it in like 4/5 different places, when we asked bout it, they said it was fine, didn’t offer anything, they call after work hours and weekends and multiple times if a payment isn’t made right when it’s due, even though we have spoke to them many times bout when we have been able to pay it, they refuse to work with us on anything and will argue with you till you give in, after we pay off these 2 products, we will stick to Wilson Bates from now on,

The Manager, Gloria, seems nice but is difficult to work with. She refused to sell a man some tables even though he had the cash, after checking to see if he had good rental history. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone
