Had an appointment; after over 1hour they still had not taken the car in. Something about needing to clean up the shop. They knew I was waiting and showed no consider my time. I left; taking my business elsewhere.

Needed an oil change as I was passing through Twin Falls. They squeezed me into a busy schedule, got the service done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff that was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We were on our way to Denver and Shane and the rest of the team took exceptional care of us. Driving from Seattle our Escalade burned up a little oil and we had a low oil light when we woke up. Shane got us right in with no appointment and got us handled so we could continue our drive. Thank you for the great customer service!
