We had the best experience with Ruby Mountain Motors. Our salesman Jeremy went above and beyond to make our purchase effortless. He had a shop inspect our truck, gave us the print out, worked on our behalf to get the best deal, he was fun and above all... honest! Our truck was EVERYTHING he said it was. He met us at the airport w paperwork and rig full of fuel. Sent us off in the perfect truck with a huge smile. He will have all our future business.

I took a jump of faith buying a 2017 Lexus GX460 from RMM sight unseen. I made the flight and 500 mile drive home in the new to me car with no hick ups. My salesmen Jake did a great job relaying any info I needed, delivering the care to a local shop for an inspection and making sure his finance team had everything they needed to make the transaction smooth. The pick up was seamless and the staff were pleasant and genuine when I was chatting with them. It is not often you see an independent dealership with such high levels of service and quality vehicles. Thank you for all you guys do!

Sales Staff/ communications was 5/5 However, here is the bad:
1) Truck was listed as 32k miles, and when they sent the finance papers the truck had 36k miles. Ok, I accepted this as an honest mistake.
2) March 29th Purchased the truck (2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4), had a brake pad sensor warning come on on the drive home (a long 600 miles drive). Ok, just an easy fix.
3) April 7th, Driving home on a remote highway, and the transmission shifted into Neutral, and the truck would not start (seems like a transmission issue). I had it towed to a nearby dealership that's 3 hours from my home, and now I'm praying the dealership can fix.
Truck was a Canadian lease vehicle, but I was assured that Ruby Mountain did an inspection and assured this truck was in good mechanical condition. Could be a unlucky, but regardless 1/5 star experience buying my first newer used truck.
3 month update: Dealership said it was Spun Bearings, needs rebuilt engine. Id still recommend Ruby Mountain for buying a used car, but would not recommend the 6.2L GM Engine. + 2 star as it's not their fault
