They do not backup the product. After purchasing a bed, the 1 mattress would often go flat, after numerous calls we were told that we had to purchase a pump.

I'm less than a week after buying this $7000 bed and it is out of alignment. Mattress and bed frame aren't getting along. When I try to get sleep number to help they want me to diagnose the problem for them then they want to charge me to fix their faulty product. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is them taking my money for a faulty product, then asking me to try and diagnose why their product is having problems and what parts it may need that they didn't install, then charge me for a service call and parts! Worst customer service ever! There is no way this company is going to stay in business with no customer service when they charge this much for their product. Save your money and buy mattresses for your whole house from a reputable company. I should have read the reviews before buying, I am not alone with terrible service after the sale. My bad

No one answered the phone.So they said to leave a message or text
I texted and received a prompt response
I needed a replacement mattress
They told me they did not Via text it was a special Order
I asked how to proceed To order and find out a price
They never responded
Terrible customer service
It would have been nice if they would have given me toll fee number for customer service

Needed a new bed. had several recommendations for Sleep Number Beds. Went to the Twin Falls store. Very impressed with the sales person and manager! Very knowledgeable and personable. Now we can't wait to have our new bed installed!

They did a good job when we were ordering, but now it’s almost impossible to communicate with them: always get sent to voicemail and when you text the number they don’t respond. We have been trying to get a drop off date moved now for over 2 weeks but can not get a hold of them to change it. Communication is seriously lacking, if they are always that busy, they should have two people working. One to man the desk, another to answer phones and return messages

I ordered a six thousand dollar bed. It was to be delivered in two weeks. On the day of delivery they called and said there was a mistake and forgot to load our bed. It would be another week but to compensate they would give me free sheets. Really? I cancelled and got my money back. It was not the salespersons fault.
