They did a good job when we were ordering, but now it’s almost impossible to communicate with them: always get sent to voicemail and when you text the number they don’t respond. We have been trying to get a drop off date moved now for over 2 weeks but can not get a hold of them to change it. Communication is seriously lacking, if they are always that busy, they should have two people working. One to man the desk, another to answer phones and return messages

I ordered a six thousand dollar bed. It was to be delivered in two weeks. On the day of delivery they called and said there was a mistake and forgot to load our bed. It would be another week but to compensate they would give me free sheets. Really? I cancelled and got my money back. It was not the salespersons fault.

They had a pretty good sale on temp control sheet sets. My husband and I were helped immediately by a super friendly lady named Dina. She was very knowledgeable when asked about multiple products!

I wish that I looked at the reviews for this before i decided to buy. We feel like we have been ripped off. We honestly felt like the style of bed wasn't for us, so we decided to do the 100 nights option, we were told when we bought the bed that if was 100% satisfaction guaranteed. So we felt confident when we returned the bed we were going to be able to do so, we understood that we would have to pay a return fee no problem.What happened, we were lied to from the beginning. Our Adjustable bed is NOT refundable as we were told by the store manager. The bed we ordered (CALI KING I8) was not what we got, some promotional bed that was a standard king(too short). What I find funny is that they refuse to return the $3000 base but have no issue exchanging it for an upgrade or to the basic base. Which makes no logical sense. We feel that we have been Scammed out of $3000 for a base that we cant use because it's too small. I am over 6 foot tall.. my feet hang over the end hence why i ordered a cali king. My boyfriend is disabled I feel like he being scammed of the little disability that he gets every month. I will NOT be referring anyone to Sleep Number EVER. Their product was not what we tried in store and believed that we were getting and their "policy" is junk and makes no sense, they are just out to get people coming and going.

Easy purchase, great deals, Brad is amazing and so helpful. ? I'm sure the other employees are great but I would definitely recommend working with Brad. He is so efficient and makes you feel taken care of!

People who visit this store need to be aware the Flex Frame is non-returnable. The 100 day sleep trial doesn't mean anything. They didn't tell us that. My wife and I bought a bed in October. It was 2 weeks late being delivered from Boise. The air chamber on my side went flat the first night. The pump aired it up but the techs left no plugs. The pump wouldn't hold air. Discussed it with the store and Minneapolis. Two weeks later the techs showed up without a pump and told us it was the pump. The store in Twin had extra pumps but they couldn't be authorized. The lighting on the frame didn't work right as well. That was referred to Leggitt and Platt. Nearly two months after purchasing the bed, we decided we didn't want it. We were told the frame is non-returnable. Even though the bed never worked. I feel the BBB and State Attorney General should be notified. Facebook is also a good place to share this experienceBUYERS BEWARE!

LOL came in store in oct. Sales people are great. But then they are selling you a 7k bed. Then you have the company and delivery. What a JOKE! We are at dec 27 and they just canceled tomorrow's appointment again. Now another 10 days. at least!!! I'm spending a fortune in Dr bills, pt, yoga and meds. But they can play more games! I would not buy from them, unless they give a 2k guarantee of delivery date and they pay you 2k for every day after the date!!! Never again!!! See the picture below of our bed? Of course not, because we hadn't gotten it!!!

After being in bed sick for as long as I was. I decided I needed a different bed. Saw the commercial on TV. Decided to go check them out. Fell in love with it. waiting for the delivery. Looking forward to sleeping in my new bed.

We were greeted at the door with a generous welcome. The salesperson was thorough in demonstrating the product and explained each feature of the beds as we went along. Very positive experience.
