I’ve been shopping here for a while now since we live kind of close, but I’m gonna stop and go to another place because their digital coupons never work when you scan them in and then the employees always get frustrated that they have to fix it. I never have that problem when I shop at Walmart because the prices are just cheaper without coupons. I’ll drive the extra couple miles from here on out. This place sucks

Not much better than Ridley’s.
It does have better checkout stations but ultimately it doesn’t smell great and the prices aren’t good either.
I think that the Smith company discriminates against older and poorer folk because most of the normal prices you have to use a mobile app get. Which isn’t easy to use for even people like me so how is my 82 yr old grandpa going to get those deals. In fact he bought a bag of Cheetos for $8 when everywhere else he could have gotten it for $5 or less, and he could have at Smiths with a mobile app.
So be careful when shopping here. You may be getting ripped off just because you don’t use a phone.

Awesome place. DONT give the attitude though, they are actually strongly advised to flip it right back at you. Be prepared if that is your choice.

They put stuff at a certain price ad to what it is advertised on the price by the product and when you go to check out it is a much higher price. Very misleading and un professional. Seens like the staff have no idea what they are doing. We work hard for our money and to have a company try to mislead us is very wrong
