Jayden was great! Went above and beyond

I will never ever return to T-Mobile after what happened. I spoke to a (Jayden?) about possibly upgrading my phone and was Inquiring about how much it would be out the door for just the phone. He insisted that he wasn’t going to sell me the phone unless I bought accessories and added protection. He was very rude and inconsiderate. 1/10.

My husband and I went in to upgrade his phone and Jayden was fantastic in doing so. He looked at all promotions we could be offered and I myself even got a watch for a great price. But that’s not even the best part. we finished up there, and Jayden was finalizing everything he needed to on his end and noticed some things on my account (was with sprint and everything switched over) I didn’t even know cause my payments and such didn’t change. But he called me and informed me what he could do and save me UP TO 100$ depending on what all I chose to do. He upgraded my account and switched our mifi to the home internet. Ultimately saving me a decent amount. I would recommend anyone going to see Jayden for any of their needs.

T-Mobile overseas phone help desk services charged me for a Cellspot router that I never asked for, nor did I ever receive (an additional $306 cost to me). The overseas rep also increased my monthly premium by upgrading my plan without telling me it would cost an additional $55/month. Since there was such a delay in the correction, I never got my plan fixed. No problem though, since I'm switching services. I dealt with 4 different overseas help desk representatives over the phone to fix this issue, and they took turns offloading responsibility onto one another for nearly a month and a half. They never followed up with me once. They finally admitted they couldn't resolve the problem, so they instructed me to go to a local store, which was the best thing I ever did. Massive kudos to the Branch Manager Ellis for excellent customer service. He was considerate enough to call and text frequently to inform me of the situation each step of the way over a 2-week time period. He handled my uncommon situation professionally, communicating with T-Mobile corporate office more than 5 times (that's the estimate I could count, based on the number of updates he sent me). Thanks to his efforts, I did eventually get the incorrectly charged $306 back to my account. These past 2 months have been a headache working with T-Mobile. It's crystal clear the company doesn't have their s**t together. Lucky for them, they have employees like Ellis who are willing to go above and beyond to singlehandedly turn things around for their customers. I've learned that if you're a T-Mobile customer, call in at your own risk. Your best bet is to go to the store and work with reliable, competent staff like Ellis.

After an upsetting visit on Saturday, we went in on Sunday to talk to the store Manager, Luz, and she had explained what happened with the purchase of our new phone and increase to our bill however we left still left feeling upset. This morning Luz called to make everything right and she changed our plan to lower our bill and help in that way. Above and beyond to reach out and make thing right. She is certainly doing things right as the store manager. Thank you!!

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan, terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

Felt very rushed, not clear with costs, all they care about is the sale, unacceptable attitudes. I wish I never started a plan here. Now I’m trapped for two years. Yayyy.

If I could give T-Mobile zero stars I definitely would!! First off the service is terrible an extremely sketchy. I did not even have service in my home, when I would try to make a call it would go into sos mode. Then they lied about the “promotion” I was suppose to get. It never happened. They were suppose to pay off my lines through Verizon an give me 2 Visa cards. I got nothing, but terrible wireless service terrible customer service at the store and even worse customer service through the customer care line. I haven’t lasted 30 days with T-mobile an I’m going back to Verizon! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CARRIER!!!!

I've been with tmobile for 10+ years and the level of misleading/misinformation from your employee is making me consider leaving and going to another provider. This guy will do anything for a sell, even misleading new customers on things that don't exist. And by the time you see his lies the "buyers remorse" clause has expired... This will not stand!! Either retrain this scammer to be an honest person or fire him! There's no excuse for this behavior!
