I originally got my phone plan here, so I brought my phone in under warranty since it completely broke. The employees didn't even help me, they just told me to call the corporate number and didn't even help me with setting up a replacement. Also were extremely rude when I was asking for help of any kind. They legit act like they don't care about their job or helping others. Definitely will not recommend this store. If you love good customer service and amazing employees, go to the T Mobile store by Albertson's on Blue Lakes Blvd.Also, I got my replacement phone from this carrier and it is even slower than my original phone. Called and asked, and they told me to just buy a new phone. Not able to afford that, so I guess I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't have any wifi or much service. I pay 300 a month for this!!

I recently changed my cell phone service to T Mobile, in the mall. Jace the salesman is great. He explained everything & set up my phone. I didn't feel high pressured like some sales people make you feel. I've stopped in a couple times since I've purchased my phone. I'm old school about new technology. Also, I need to see someone show me instead of reading or having explained over the phone.All the people that work their are wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this T Mobile store.

T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission

Edited 14 Feb 2023: I did reach out and email the person who replied to my post here with 2 phone numbersand a emailaddress. 2 weeks later, there was still no response...Original:Love T-mobile as a company overall. I have had my account with them since 2004, so you can say it has been a minute, lol.As a over the road truck driver, location a week or 10 days out is hard to be sure of, obviously making it is difficult for me to order online, so I prefer to go into the store when I can.On this occasion, I did call all the locations in town individually as I was looking for an upgrade for my tablet. I asked specifically for an in stock, 5g, non apple based tablet. The other stores locally stated they did not have any, but this one said they had several. So I asked again, and was assured, 5g, non apple, ready to go. 30 min later, when I arrived, the person who I spoke to on the phone was busy, and there were no 5g tablets in stock, but they would happily help me order one..... Got my hopes up, but a complete waste of time and fuel!! Will use the location by Petsmart in the future. I have never had any issue there!

Kayla was the worst. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. She seemed like we inconvenienced her to walk in and upgrade our phones. Will never use this T-Mobile location again.

T-Mobile keeps changing the format with each system upgrade. I had to go to the store to retrieve my voicemail. Frustrating. The techs were good and knew what to do.

If I could give T-Mobile zero stars I definitely would!! First off the service is terrible an extremely sketchy. I did not even have service in my home, when I would try to make a call it would go into sos mode. Then they lied about the “promotion” I was suppose to get. It never happened. They were suppose to pay off my lines through Verizon an give me 2 Visa cards. I got nothing, but terrible wireless service terrible customer service at the store and even worse customer service through the customer care line. I haven’t lasted 30 days with T-mobile an I’m going back to Verizon! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CARRIER!!!!
