Not many businesses would take the time to work on my Rv brakes. A great big thank you to this business.

What started as a bad situation quickly turned into a positive experience. The owner Tom, helped me and my family out while we were traveling, our truck broke down. He got us towed into his shop and our truck fixed without hesitation. It was nice to come across people who genuinely care and are honest. Tom and his staff including his sons were attentive and kind. I could go on and on but overall this shop is the best we've experienced and I'm very grateful for them!

Tillotson car care is ABSOLUTELY the worst, most unprofessional place to take your vehicle. I took my truck in for 3 items. Swap out a sunroof, repair an A/C, and fix an evap leak. 2 months later, and tom has fixed just the A/C. He has lied to me multiple times about the progress of my vehicle and goes out of his way to avoid my phone calls. The first sunroof he put in was SPRAY PAINTED to "match" the interior. The second sunroof put in does match, however does not even come close to sealing. The Evap leak still isn't fixed eventho he's "replaced multiple parts" bottom line, tom is 100 percent the worst person to have work on your vehicle. When i asked about getting a fraction of my money back, he threatened me with court. Unless you like giving away your money and not having your vehicle fixed. Feel free to contact me if you want info or details about how he runs his business. In fact here is my personal email.

I had an appointment to have a tune up done on Motorhomes generator. We arrived and found no place to park even my car let alone a 34 foot Motorhome. Their easily accessed parking was full of cars. Some that appeared to have been there. A long time ..flat tires missing parts etc. was asked twice what we were needing. A gentleman came out of back shop area and asked what we needed done and informed me they had no room and was completely full. Meanwhile my husband and Motorhome had been parked and waiting in parking lot of business that was getting deliveries across the street. Totally unprofessional, unorganized and left us leaving. Whoever did their website should help them run their business. It is impressive! Not the shop. We left.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job in getting my car back to "running shape". My 2000 Lincoln Continental had severe overheating issues which were caused by a leaky head gasket which let air into the closed coolant system resulting in constant air locks blocking the coolant flow. This became exaggerated when head gasket sealants were used as a quick fix and plugged off the radiator and the coolant passages in the engine block. After numerous overheating events of the engine, I was ready to take the car to the "car grave". But Tom talked me into trying to salvage the car. Tom explained that the engine (4.6 L Intech V8 engine) was one of the better engines built, and with the car in relatively good shape it may be worth it to evaluate the salvage ability of the car. So, they tore apart the engine, and Tom came up with an ingenious way to dissolve the "engine repair" blockage in the coolant passages in the engine block from the stop leak chemicals. After rebuilding the engine and replacing the head gasket properly (one had been improperly replaced in the recent past) and replacement of the radiator and the water pump, they returned my car to me in excellent working order. It cruises on the highway and maintains a steady low temperature after miles of highway driving. I must mention I don't think I could have found another mechanic which I could trust to work on this complex engine and get good results. And Tom did the work for a reasonable cost, but it did take extended time with the complexity of the fix. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what issues he was facing in this challenge.
