They were nice but my wheel wells were not washed. It was dirty but not too bad. I also had to wait in line for 10 minutes

I own a black car wish it were easier to keep clean. I have been disappointed with some of the other car washes in twin falls recently. Tommy's express is simply the best in town gets my whole car clean, no spots, great service and friendly and helpful.

I stopped by for a wash and was told that my car wash too dirty and that washing my dirty car could scratch my paint. (never heard that one before). The guy told me if I wanted to go to a bay wash and pay to wash my own car then come back he'd be happy to wash my clean car. that is about the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time. I will not spend money at Tommy's car wash ever again.
