I have been at Dr Tripps office for 2 years now. From the front office to the PA, nurses and Dr. Tripp, I have always had a wonderful experience. They are polite and the PA and DR listen to your needs and respond accordingly. Not to mention his teams knowledge covers everything known to man in the medical world. (well almost everything) .

Im not a big fan of any type of medical care facility because most of them are lacking in basics of truly caring about the patient. MY experience with the team at Tripp was completely different than the norm. When I called the representative that took my call was able to set up an appt within an hour. The staff that greeted me when I walked in were friendly. The doctor that met with me was on of the warmest and friendliest physcians I met in a long time. They would be my choice for medical care if I lived in the area.

I strongly advise anyone looking for a good family doctor to steer clear of this place. I became an established patient around two years ago and had only returned, until now, because of Martha. Now that she is gone I have no reason for looking past the extremely rude front staff and the obvious carelessness they have for their patient’s. If you want your primary doctor to make you feel heard and taken care of then do not make an appointment here. If you ever need anything taken care of, such as a prescription/pharmacy issue, medical question, or need to schedule a same week appointment then I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

This review would be a 5 for Martha, she is fantastic! However this 1 star goes to the billing lady, Oscar and most of the grumpy staff at the front.Problem- Received a bill in January. Told by billing to pay. Advised my insurance would pay 100% and to check with Martha. She did, by the billing lady admitted to me she changed the billing codes and insurance paid 100%.Now another visit for wellness. My insurance pays 100%. I was called and recruited by Tripp’s office saying my insurance pays 100%, come in for your wellness., I checked and Tripp’s checked and yes Insurance pays 100% yet I’m being billed and told to call my insurance. Possible billing codes again, please check into that Tripp’s office.Talked to Oscar at Tripp’s, told if I don’t pay this bill within 90 days (bill reads due in 2 days 4/26/23, I will be turned over to collections. LOL a statement very premature. I do NOT have or have I ever a ding on my credit. Ridiculous. Maybe check the possible wrong billing codes again I ask. Nope, just pay. ?

Well he didn't even show up. I made an appointment with a doctor, and all I received was an assistant who by the way claims to be a "Dr." but is not a doctor. This was my first appointment and the level of care was far below acceptable. I never saw any "real" doctors at all and they have no problem charging for a doctor visit. I did not get even close to acceptable care. This place is a scam beware!!Why would I call your office that has "care" way below acceptable? Never will I go back.

I have been going to Dr. Tripp for years. He truly loves his patients and wants the best for them. He has goes above and beyond to try and figure out how to help me. I am thankful for all his efforts. He is a very good listener and very respectful. I like that he is willing to hear my views about my health and takes all factors into consideration. No practice is perfect. We are dealing with people but they always work to improve and get me the help I need. I am forever grateful to Dr. Tripp!

Have always had a pleasant experience at Tripp Family Medicine. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, all the front staff and medical staff have been very professional and personable.Appreciate and love Jeremy Dalley. He sits down and talks to you and actually listens to you concerns and needs. We appreciate his expertise, professionalism and knowledge. Couldn't recommend a better medical office!

I came in as a first time patient without insurance. I was impressed with the way the nurse and NP accommodated my situation. They made it crystal clear what I would be charged on which tests, and gave me professional advice for different considerations. Overall, it was quality care with no rush.

Actually...this is Tiffany, Dominik's wife, writing the review. My kids and I have been blessed with great and thorough care from Dr. Tripp and his wonderful staff for the last ten years. It is really exciting to see how Tripp Family Medicine has grown over the years, and even with such growth, we remain so grateful for the personal care and commitment Dr. Tripp, Jeremy, and Martha (along with the amazing office staff!) continue to provide for us. They have addressed the medical and emotional challenges we have faced over the years, and I know with confidence that when I call the office, my family's needs and concerns are met. A huge "thank you!" to everyone at Tripp Family Medicine.

I was told Tripp family was a walk-in clinic and they are NOT, however, you will not find a medical team more dedicated to you than the sweet girls up front, as well as all the staff at Tripp family. They understood my situation and were so kind in working me in. I had a diagnosed condition I had been struggling with for years and I was hesitant about the level of help or apathy I would receive. In walks BLAKE (a PA) and changed my entire perspective on medical care. I am sure he had to be booked and busy, but he took time to listen to me, HEARD ME, related to me, told me stories of his own family struggle and empathized in a way I had been searching for since I was diagnosed in 2008. Even though we are only in this area for a few months, I have no problem driving 6 hours from Washington State to come back to see Blake and the staff at Tripp family medicine! They go above and beyond any other facility in the magic valley! I am so pleased with the help that I got and will definitely return and tell everyone I know to go there! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there.

Here is my biggest issue with your office and it comes down to the billing. It feels like you try to schedule unnecessary office visits to make more money I assume. There are two items that for sure did not make sense to me. The first time was when you wanted to schedule the baby well check for my daughter but then you wanted to schedule the shots on a different day instead of doing them all in the same office visit. Which I have not done because all of my other children with a different Dr s did not have to have 2 visits. This seems silly. Then I call to get my 5th grade a sports physical but he had not been seen at your office before. I was told for insurance pay I would have to do a new patient visit and then another visit for the physical. So literal a visit for no reason and then another visit for the physical. I get it you might make more money off of the insurance but huge inconvenience for me. I called another Dr and I don't have to set up two appointments. We have enjoyed the Drs in the office but it is starting to feel like your all about the money and really don't care about anything else. Recommend you change the way you do things that way. We will not be using your services any more. Plus, quit charging a $1 for the mask ... just one more thing that seems silly to do. Nickle and dime.

I visited this practice two years ago with concerns about multiple symptoms I felt could possibly be related to one of two chronic illnesses that run in my family. I want to first say that every staff member I interacted with from the receptionist to the nurses was lovely, however Dr. Tripp almost immediately invalidated the concern I had for my symptoms, belittled me for trying to “self diagnose”, and made unnecessary comments about my figure, among other things. I felt so unheard, humiliated, and uncomfortable after meeting with him that I cancelled my follow up appointment to get blood work done. It took an extra year to get the courage to see another doctor about my concerns because my experience there was just *that bad*, but luckily I was eventually diagnosed with one of the illnesses that I had originally suspected. The 10-15 minutes I spent talking to Dr. Tripp about my health were so unpleasant that now, years later, I still have anxiety attacks leading up to visits with other physicians in anticipation of possibly being treated in a similar way again. I advise strongly against bringing your health concerns to Dr. Tripp, especially if you are a woman.

Tripp Family Medicine is simply wonderful. From the staff taking care of all my questions, to great rates for cash paying patients, to the great care I received from my PA. I would recommend them to everyone!
