Had the worst hair experience in their salon. The girl was super sweet, but did an absolute horrible job on my hair. I wanted blonde highlights added to my hair. For whatever reason she teased my hair in the back and only bleached from the middle to the bottom. My hair looks terrible. It doesn't blend at all and looks ridiculous in the back. My part is completely uneven, especially in the front (and that was after I had her "fix" it). I thought about going back to have it fixed, but honestly don't want them touching my hair ever again. I've had better results at the hair schools.

The last couple times I have gone in, there has been a very rude and unpleasant woman at the register. She always seems incredibly grumpy. Zero pleasantries or positive interaction. She is an older woman with long straight brown hair.

Lovely Staff, absolutely loved Amy, and all my questions were answered. Amy especially was super thoughtful, and great with customers. Definitely will go there again to buy products. I wish they held Sephora products but they have available makes up for it all. Perfect 15/10 experience.

Made an appointment and was very specific that I didn’t want my long hair cut straight across, and that’s exactly what I got. My ponytail and braids look ridiculous. I can’t even straighten it or leave it down. I could’ve saved money and went somewhere else if I wanted a 12 year old’s trim. Not happy. Won’t make that mistake again. I’d expect more for the high price.

I do, however, appreciate your response to the matter. We can’t change the result, and didn’t feel it necessary to run in and ask for refund. I can certainly follow your advice to bring attention to it in a different way. Thank you.
