We have banked at US Bank for years. They have many locations which helps. We went to get my grandaughter an account and Crystal at our local bank in Jerome was so helpful, plus she got me into a better interest rate credit card.

Lobbies are closed? All the other backs are open. Drive thrus are backed up and take at least a half hour to bank no matter what time of day it is.

I have been to this Branch twice. Each time they have helped me greatly. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. I have worked with two other Banks and this bank by far is the best.

Were able to help us in a timely and kind fashion, I don't often go to the bank because it is on Blue Lakes but that isn't their fault. Both inside and the drive up window have been good

Very friendly not very helpful staff. It's a big overgrown bank with a huge corporate office that handles everything somewhere really far away from here and while they might have a lot of resorcea they do not have a personal touch or even know what's going on in this comunity.

Drive through windows sucks! They have 1 person working their. Their was at the most 6 vehicles in line the one in front of me was there long before the others and the last one to leave! He should have been the first one done. Inside the lobby area was also packed. They need to have a FULL staff on during the lunch rush from 11-2. I came at 1. At least have someone come and help out Francisco at the window. 6 cars deep for 1 person is ridiculous! What usually takes 10 minutes to do a bank run turned into almost 30. So much for having a lunch break today.
