I had such an amazing experience, not only with mailing out a large package yet with getting some general mail delivered as my home base is in Austin and I do get mail forwarded from time to time.
The service was exceptional and I would definitely recommended using again.

It’s the worst place ever to deliver to all what they do is waste your time for the stupid reasons and all the night shift people who work here they have bad attitude they act like the have some authority over you i hate to come to this place and if there is something lower then one star I will love to give to this place

For everyone using this office to obtain passports. Keep this in mind before using this location.
The ONE guy doesn’t work weekends BUT you can schedule an appointment for Saturday online weeks in advance.
When they call you from 208-734-1452 pick up the phone because when they leave a message for you with that number. AND it doesn’t go to a person on weekend because the office is closed you’ll know why.
Go early to the office BECAUSE when you get to the post office there are no signs telling where to go. Inside has one sign with BMEU on it. If you know what that means good for you (Bulk Mail Entry Unit) while all other signs say Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit.
I’m sorry I understand the government sucks and doesn’t work at a high efficiency but this place, this department is woefully bad.
HENCE why people are mad about paying taxes for it.
Appointment was for 10, the main guy came in at 10:40……… Here is where it gets better. The individual who helped us is a very nice and kind man. He was helpful and very pleasant. I don’t think any of our issues were due to him. He was GREAT. He came in when they called him.

Tried to call nothing but ringing until busy sound and automatic hang up. Major cirvice yet so
outdated. No number in line or time frame just hangs up on you.

This post office really gave me the impression they could care less what happened to my missing package. Twice I submitted paperwork to have the package delivery address updated (I had the wrong zip code) and twice they didn’t call me or honor the corrected zip code. Instead they returned to the international sender.
When I finally was able to speak with a person over the phone, after calling and being hung up on numerous times on different days they told me it was too late to do anything and they’d returned to sender even though they KNEW the correct zip code had a case number, email, and phone number.
It’s such a disappointment that this seemingly simple fix was too difficult for the post office to handle. The package I fought to keep is gone now and won’t make it back to the U.S. for weeks or months and not without me paying shipping fees again. Big thumbs down ?

The postman keeps putting the wrong packages and the wrong mail in the wrong boxes at our apartment complex, so some mail gets lost or stolen. When you try to call, no one will pick up the phone. It has been like this for a few years, and nothing has been done about it.

I’ve been calling them for days and have never reached the office by phone. I’ve been assigned the wrong post box and haven’t been able to get my mail in weeks because of this. They created a temporary solution, but now even that has failed. I’d be a lot happier if communication was open, but the call back number, left for me by the manager, has never once been answered. Oh, and even when you let it ring for 5 minutes, there’s no answering machine.

Don't use as they have employees that like to open packages and steal items from packages as well as birthday cards. Switch to other carriers or but digital gift cards. Not surprised considering the post office mindset and ideologies believed.

If I could give him zero stars I would. I payed money for the certified mail only for them to lose it and never contact me. A company that only specializes in delivering mail has always failed to deliver mail. If I could find a way to never use them I would. Called customer service was the biggest waste of time lady had an attitude and was not helpful. For me, they lose mail more than they deliver.
