I transferred my personal account to a business account on a promotion of trade in 5 devices for free iPhone 16 pro series and a tablet.
The sales associate Azure, lied to us about the promotion. She had us turn in the 5 devices and our other phones that were still in contract and perfect working conditions “I phone 14s” . She told us that we would get 1000.00 credit for all lines. Come to find out she had us upgrade so she could get her commission on 6 lines. We are only getting credits on 3 lines!
I spent about 4 days and several hours going back and forth with her. I asked to speak to her boss and was told to leave the store as she slammed the door in my face to there back office!!! Then I proceeded to the Verizon corporate office on pole line . And was helped by them . I’m waiting for phone calls from both Business representatives as to get this straightened out.
Basically I was scammed!!!

Stay away at all costs. Staff will lie their way into making a sale then trap you with a phone bill more than twice than what was promised.

Absolutely terrible service. I traded in two phones and only am getting credit for one. When I went back in to see why they said I never traded in my second phone. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS NOT VERIZON. The Verizon store on Poleline is the actual Verizon Store.

I thought of going to Walmart to get the phone and then bringing it to Verizon for the transfers. So, so glad I chose to go straight to the Verizon store. The associate was very helpful and I might add “kind” as I have a limited knowledge of this stuff. Thank you for the help and the instructions and patience

Horrible service. I have made 4 trips to twin to get a phone purchase completed correctly. They have now lost my trade in. Was suppose to get a call today and still have not. Try getting ahold of a personnover the phone..huh..not even gonna happen

Azure helped me get a new phone, my old phone's screen was broken and you couldn't see most of the buttons, so Azure had to do the whole process by remembering where the buttons and icons would be! I was very impressed. It was done very patiently and professionally despite the added frustration of the broken screen, not to mention the other customers coming in and Azure had to help them too. My new phone works great and all my texts and photos transferred over. Over all great customer service!

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this store; go to the corporate store on Pole Line and wait the waiting times. I had a Verizon account through my stepdad and we were looking to get off his account and upgrade my phone since it was out of storage. Not only did they accidentally lock us into the wrong contract and are making us wait 30 days to get said new phone, but they tried making us pay for their mistakes and wiped my phone without transferring everything over. So, they lost all my photos, ALL OF THEM. I have a one year old boy and I will never get back the photos of him for the first year of his life. I cried so hysterically I was hyperventilating. They also had no solutions to help us with the mistakes they made. I regret ever switching or upgrading my phone with them. On top of all of this we may have to pay for an extra line we didn't even want because of how they screwed up the transfer and there's no guarantee of reimbursement. The person who messed up our contract was Dakota, she set up an entirely new line and locked us into a thirty day contract that we didn't want when she was just supposed to switch me onto my husbands existing account. Mario is the one who wiped my phone and lost all my precious photos of my son. The manager Alyssa was not much help either in fixing how badly they messed up. Their only solution was to make us pay more. DO NOT GO HERE.
