Actually I’ll be honest, this was probably the best experience I’ve had in a Verizon, they were helpful, I bought a new phone and was out in 45 minutes, in which is a record for buying a phone and setting it up. Thank you

I want to take a moment to recognize Pauola (I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly). This young woman took a great amount of time and care answering questions my 88 year old father in law had about his new phone. He is vision impaired and she got his phone setup to read his texts to him and enabled him to do talk to text. She was also able to help him get comfortable with managing all daily functions he needed to accomplish on his phone. He is thrilled that he has gained back some of his independence and it is all due to her patience and willingness to help. You have an amazing employee here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Worst experience ever! I thought it was amazing to get right in and not have to wait like you do at the store on poleline, what I sure paid through the nose for that mistake. They slip unwanted and unasked for items onto your bill. They do not help right any wrongs, and quite frankly don't seem to know what they are doing. Do NOT go here!

Dakota worked tirelessly to get me set up with a working phone before I went home. She stayed late to accommodate me and dealt with customer service for over an hour to ensure everything went through and would function when I left.

I was prepared to have a bad experience. I even planned an hour to cool off. Based on past phone experiences I though this would be needed. I was also hesitant to go to an “authorized dealer” instead of the corporate store. Tyler and Mikaela were wonderful. They made it very clear, helped me solve problems I had for years and I even got a new phone (which is normally a big source of stress). It was hands down the best phone experience I have had. I will always come here. Now I don’t need an hour to cool off so maybe I can get myself lunch :). - not sure why it posts under that email- this is Dr. Brooke :)

Just for the record. I did not post the first review. The salesperson help himself to giving himself a 5 star review and comments off my phone. I wasn't that satisfied with the service or sales experience. However, higher management did call me and informed they would remedy the 80's car salesman shadyexperience I had.

The manage Jolene told me for three days that there internet was down and I would have to come back. When I did come back she said well we can’t even help you that is have to go to a corporate store. This was not even true because two weeks prior.a gentleman helped me with the same issue. In my opinion she don’t care about customers.

Verizon store on Blue Lake Ave. is the worst place to get service.Go to T-Mobile for better service and deals and environment.
