I was with this company for 30 years with one problem after another. At one point they dinged my credit and admitted that it was 100% their fault after selling me the wrong tracker for my truck. They refunded the contract for the tracker but somehow kept billing me and dinged my credit. I spent at least three full days trying to fix it with them on the phone and in their store. Several times they said that they would take care of it and never did. In the end they said we are sorry, it is our fault but we can’t figure out with corporate how to take it off your credit. I put in the request to have it removed from an online credit company but Verizon would not respond. I lost count of how many times they over charged or changed my contract without me knowing. Too many unbelievable issues to mention.I switched to AT&T and saved about 30% and got better phone deals.Never again! Run from this company

When there is a line of people to be helped, 3 or 4 of the employees stand around talking while the rest are working. It doesn't take 2 to 3 people to check in customers. They won't admit when they make a mistake nor do anything to correct it without making you pay for it.

Don’t like to post reviews but my experience wasn’t good there either.since my cousin went and have issues , and my contract with Verizon will end soon I will find the place my cousin went . Thanks for the reviews.

Worst customer service. Please stay away from this place. I have been Verizon customer for more than 12 years and regret about it. A girl greeting at front door didn’t give me appointment for several times. I know her name but didn’t want to mention here. She is very rude, unprofessional

If you have Verizon service you have to go in the store but the customer service is terrible! I sat there for over an hour while 3 employees not doing anything but watching tic toc on there phones and talking to one another. -10 for customer service

Beware! Reps lie and will not help with account issues unless you plan on buying something, or make money off of you in anyway. Needs shut down! Management is who allows it to happen. Ask any person local they will tell you the same thing.

Walked in just after 6:30. Sat in the store for 15-20 minutes before they very rudely said they were not going to be able to help me. When I asked why they let me sit there for 20 minutes before saying something the lady was very rude and argumentative. Extremely poor customer service.Edit 5/18/23. Your reading comprehension needs help. The problem was not the wait, if we had waited that long and got help, it would not have been an issue. The problem was waiting that long and then telling us we were not going to get helped. And to top it off, the lady wanted to be argumentative. Very poor customer service.

Me and my daughter came in to add 2 lines and an apple watch.. after being told we could trade our old phones and get 1 for my husband and a free phone for me at $120 a week and a half ago we came in today to get that deal. Cash and all.. we were told no and I wound up going to my current provider of metro.l to renew my 2 lines.. Ya'll could have made a dollar but nope.... Don't tell a customer one thing and then another.
