I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they won’t fill a prescription because I could potentially get it over the counter. I explained to one of the Phamacy Techs that being self insured, it was cheaper to get it through coupons and also that there were no medications with the 325mg dosage at their pharmacy that I could even get OTC. She was very helpful and understanding but when she called over the Pharmacist, she (Rose I believe is her name) straight up said to take the 500mg… which is not what my provider prescribed. Ultimately she pretty much told me she wasn’t going to fill them there and that I could somewhere else. My pleasure!

I think her name is Teresa. We were in today 12/11/24 about 1pm. She was the cashier up front. There was an older lady in front of us that I believe just lost her husband of 62 years. She asked if we would mind if she came around to give her a hug. Teresa has restored my faith in humanity with her actions. The world needs more people like her!!!! My husband and I both had tears in our eyes. She's awesome!!!!

Had my doctor send my prescription over and over. After 1 hour I had to go in to the store physically and tell them that the doctor has transferred the prescription over. They claim over and over that they couldn’t find it, and I had to emphasize that they had the prescription. Then the lady proceeds to tell me that it would be another 45 minutes for my BURN CREAM. Doesn’t apologize nor explain. Highly unprofessional.I would highly recommend sending your prescriptions to Walmart over these guys.

It's Friday March 1, at 5:30. The young lady who is working the window in the pharmacy is a condescending little witch. She flat out ignores people and is very rude! The other pharmacy techs are great but this one is bad! I'm glad I've moved most my prescriptions to Fred Meyer.

Drive thru service is incredibly slow when I arrived around 4pm. Waited for 30 (EDIT 50) minutes even when I was just 3rd in line.
If you know someone who wants to be a pharmacist, this location should be calling their name.

At 3 p.m., they said to give them 30 minutes to fill my meds, and they'll text me when they're ready. Never got a text. Went back and waited in the pharmacy drive tru for 15 minutes. Pulled up at 7:01pm. They put a sign up saying they're closed. They proceeded to point at me and laugh through the window. I walked inside, and the cashier told me, "Oh well, come back tomorrow." I tried to call the manager and the phone rang for 5 minutes. Customer service is nonexistant here. Go to the walgreens on Washington.

Please , if your life or overall health depends on the pharmacy do not use it . I went to pick up a refill of an important medication prescribed by my personal physician that I must take for keeping my cholesterol level down and overall heart health . I drove up to the drive through and saw a sign that read " Closed no pharmacist available . " Why ? Because they're to lazy to work or have a shortage of pharmacists ? I needed that medication YESTERDAY , not today or tomorrow as I need to take that medication for the rest of my life . Do people have to suffer , get sick and maybe die because of a pharmacy that is a three ring circus that can't get they're act together ? The store manager Carly runs the store they way she sees fit and not by company policies and procedures . I am very disappointed and if this stores management and pharmacy cannot do any better to help me , I will take my business someplace else .
