Staff are able to answer all questions and help find the right instrument, ensuring a fair price and a great deal. Their service includes excellent repair work with a quick turnaround. The work is of excellent quality, with great knowledge and attention to detail. Technicians make repairs above and beyond expectations, finding and fixing issues often overlooked by others. They go out of their way to make purchases smooth and enjoyable, offering delivery service. Customers are elated and very happy, reporting a great experience. Many are thankful to have such an incredible music shop in town and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an instrument or supplies.
Brayden did a great job with my instrument. I always buy strings here and got a free tune up. They fixed everything and made it play great without messing up how I had my instrument set up. Tailpiece was set up the same, head was set right. Would reccomend. This is the only music shop I go to.
