This company sucks, there are so many outages that happen frequently and for the price, no. And don’t get me started on the speeds, 1 mbps , I can barely watch a YouTube video without it lagging.

We have had White Cloud for 5+ years. And the first year was great. We only experienced outages when it rained or heavy snow. We were OK with that! But over the years, the outages have become more and more frequent, to the point that it is every day. They only ever post outages when it is going to last more than one day. Whenever I call, they blame it on MY router. If it really is MY router, than how come everyone I know who has White Cloud also has no internet at the same time? It is affecting work. And income. They don't give back money for their lack of service that is promised or for lossed wages. This company has become a joke. I am looking for a new provider.

Excellent company with excellent customer service. Sean always takes care of all of our needs. Living in the canyon brings unique situations and white cloud has brought us the most reliable and fastest internet and phone services. With no cellular service, internet and phones are a must for our alarm system that monitors various items and white cloud delivers. Will always use white cloud where ever we live as long as it’s an option!

Not very happy.. calling in every month to pay for a token is to much of a hassle.. doing work that a customer shouldn't need to do. Shame. A puck will do for now.
