I used my card and got 30 seconds of use before it shut off. The employee there said it was my fault for using a card instead of cash. Now I have soap dried to the side of my vehicle and it's my fault.

Charged me $60 total when the machine said it was $7. Called my bank to dispute it. Never coming back here again. Waste of time and money.

Brushes are due for an upgrade or replacement on the self service side.
The automatic side barely took any dirt off the side and back of my Tacoma. Felt like a waste of money on both occasions.

What a joke.
They have card readers that don't work, or the freeze up in mid transaction.
Forget about talking to an attendant, there is none.

Noticing a trend with other customers as well when it comes to using your card at this location. I also was charged $20.00 even though my transaction total was $3.50. Not the best service, decided to come here after not being here for awhile but most likely won't be coming back.
If you do decide to use this location, strictly use coins and avoid these $20 charges.

Do not use credit card or debit here! The card readers are crap. It kept saying it wasn't recognizing my card so I used coins which thankfully I had. Then 20 minutes later after I finished my car and drove away I suddenly get notification from my credit card that my transaction was approved and I get charged for $40!

Automatic wash isn't great..wasted 10$ to get my car washed... Vacuums are great though.

This place is a rip off. They charged me 40 dollars for less than 5 minutes of a wash and there’s no way to get ahold of who ever runs it so it just out of luck if u decide to go here

This is a great car wash. i made the mistake of using my debit card on my last visit it cost me 20$ for a wash that normally cost about 6 or 7
