Dawn was very friendly, followed up a few times, and was efficient. The unit was clean and easy to get to. The only thing I wish was different was knowing I could have used my own lock - the way it sounded was that you had a special lock I must purchase.

Fast and easy setup. I stopped in to the office to setup a unit. They were having an issue with the computer system. The young lady that was helping me, walked me through how I could get everything setup online if I need the unit that day. I returned home, followed her directions and easy peasy had my new unit set up and was able to move in same day. Super friendly staff and easy setup!
