Once again this mail is wrong with delivering packages they do not deliver them in the direction or in person this disappoints because one expects to receive what the post application mentions😡👎🏻

Mail carrier refuses to take back wrongly delivered mail for 4 days and had to take back to the post office myself. A pkg has been sitting in the post office for 5 days and they have not delivered it. Not exactly the model of efficiency for the USPS, especially for such a small town.

They DO NOT take passport photos anymore!! Despite the fact you are still able to make appointments to do so online. When I went in for my appointment they were unable to do the service, where rude when I told them about the issue online and gave me incorrect information about where you could get passport photos taken in the area.

I'm a 2 minute walk from the post office, and they someone always manage to have a reason for not delivering my packages. Packages never arrive on time or even at all. If a package is being delivered on time, they still require a signature even for something as small as a sticker that's not even 2 inches wide. This USPS is a complete joke. PS never pay for faster shipping if shipping through this USPS, I've never had a package delivered faster after paying for faster shipping. Would give it half a star but can't. Thanks for listening to my TED Talk.

Trash of service

I am typically a supporter of the USPS and have been known to bring the staff cookies or other treats as a thank you for their service. However, this is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They frequently do not deliver my packages and the packages are then returned to sender. Or, they will deliver the box to the wrong address (wrong postal locker) and I will have to wait weeks or months for it to be retrieved. They also won’t deliver to a huge swath of address in the town of Victor, particularly the neighborhood where I live and so they use the above mentioned postal lockers- which they also seem to rarely get right. The hours and days I have wasted trying to simply get a package is crazy. The staff is also incredibly rude and gruff. Which, I usually have compassion for knowing they’re probably working hard and not being paid super well. However, I tend not to extend my understanding to this staff because of just how mean and unhelpful they are.

Zero stars. Like all the previous bad reviews, I couldn’t agree more. The old staff were phenomenal. The new staff are rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Now my packages get mailed back all the time when they say box # !!! underneath my home address. I had been advised by previous postal employees to do so and I’ve done this for more years than the young employee is old. They removed the trash cans and only recently put one recycling box back in place. They have notes on blank sheets of paper and yellow package slips taped to all the doors and windows saying we do not XXXXX. Passive aggressive.

The Victor post office used to be so nice, with kind and helpful staff. In the last year or so this has totally changed. The old staff is gone, replaced by unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful people. They stuff packages into my PO Box when they clearly don't fit, and I've had books and other things damaged from this practice. Packages get returned with no explanation, and they grunt out 1-2 word responses when I dare to go in and ask. They often fail to put a slip in my box if I have a package, then they grumble when I ask them to look on the shelves. They're just...mean. I dread going in. I finally submitted a complaint to USPS.

0 stars. Comically terrible and a brutal caricature of what is culturally wrong with Teton Valley. They should be disciplined by regional management for serial incompetence.
The level of surl you will receive is what you might expect from an arrogant waiter at a Michelin starred restaurant when you are bumbling over how to pronounce entrees and ordering the cheapest wine. But that waiter will bring you amazing food and be attentive, so you kind of suck it up and assume you are the problem. But these guys won't even deliver your mail—their main job. And they are super mean.
Being cruel to old ladies just trying to mail presents to their grandkids is not a good way to deal with your anger about the changing economic and social conditions of Teton Valley. Find a better one.
And try to get good at the basics, like delivering and forwarding mail, and helping customers at the front desk.

I’ve really only had good experiences here. They do seem tired and understaffed, but that’s clearly not their fault. There’s a lot of entitlement in this town, and these people are certainly underpaid in an expensive community. Being kind and patient goes a long way in your experience here.

I went in yesterday to get flat rate boxes to ship some things home. I asked the employee,Tim, about the flat rate boxes and I grabbed 2 boxes that were above the sign that said large flat rate boxes for $22.80 (see image). When I got back today to ship the boxes it was over $80 and he said I didn’t get the flat rate boxes. I questioned it and he said there was nothing he could do. Why would you place boxes above a sign that says flat rate boxes if that’s not what they are?? This was very frustrating to pay double what I was expecting especially after I had just asked the employee about the boxes the day before.

The people that work here are absolutely rude. I will never step foot in the door again they are so disrespectful to their customers and have no good customer service get your mail sent at the driggs post office. Those ladies that work in there are outstanding. They truly deserve a no star review.

The folks who work here are so nice. Yes, they are understaffed and overworked. Yes, the labeling requirements for packages is bizarre. Yes, the postal service here in a rural place takes some getting used to if you are coming from a more urban area. BUT, the individuals who work here have always been so helpful and pleasant that I now kind of enjoy the quirks of the victor post office.
