ACE Hardware is a local store where most people shop for hardware, partly because it is next to Ridleys and because it has good customer relations. The store suits small town America. Employees are always nice and helpful, and staff are extremely knowledgeable, super nice, and very helpful. Customers can find anything for problem projects or home improvement projects, from paint to wood pellets to lawn mowers. One associate spent about 20 minutes helping find fittings for a propane line and was great. Workers care for the “customer comes first” strategy, bringing the community together and blending the only market in town. Prices will be high on a few items, but the advantage program and digital coupons can save $3–$4, and the program is free.
Allways find what I’m needing at the Ace Hardware in my town. Been a long time Ace Customer. And even if I don’t find what I need….the customer service is always on point!
