This fall we had 2 elk butchered and packed. We had some breakfast sausage made as well. All came out well. Prices are very fair. Apparently the do some other types of sausage as well and it smelled wonderful while they were making it.

Been going here for years. Brian always greets you with a smile gives the best service. Highly recommend the bear breakfast sausage, elk and venison processing options.
