They make escrow and closing a breeze, going above and beyond to assist with any obstacles. They are very attentive and available for any questions, providing clarity and follow up. They are very good at customer interaction and explaining what clients are signing. The team is incredibly accommodating, even in challenging situations like remote signings or complex issues involving estates or water rights. They work seamlessly to ensure a closing without a hitch. Customers feel they have not only found a capable and wonderful team to do business with, but also friends. Many state they will always use TitleOne, continue to use them whenever possible, and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of title services.

Kathy McDonald went above and beyond to assist in the closing of the OK Ranch. Each obstacle was met with clarity and follow up to reach closing day. All of the staff are helpful as well. I will continue to use Title One whenever possible! Thank you Kathy for another job well done.
