Although I already received a temporary card she had called me to see if I needed a temporary card still after knowing I was having card issues. It's people like her that will always have me going back because of her amazing customer service!”

“The customer service here is always on par. I don't personally even have an account here and if I didn't have a different bank I would absolutely choose us bank. The only negative so far is the fact that they charge $7 to cash a check.”
