Do i receive my mail? Maybe. Will they skip my house? More than likely. Do you have to contact their superiors for them to do their job? Absolutely!
Edit: Still not receiving mail some days when we should. Still not getting our mail picked up randomly throughout the week. Have had issues with sending things out and they put a barcode across the contact info of the card of some and not others. Never heard back with an explanation why. About to contact their superiors AGAIN.

The lady who works there is always friendly and helpful. She always answers questions and is helpful in sending packages. I like that there is a drive up mailbox. It's right off the street.

Will not even attempt delivery with specific instructions (on every delivery service site associated with our address) and has not been a problem in the past. The last month they have refused to even try- citing a dog that has been deceased for three weeks as the problem. …….. seems to me the problem is laziness…… when going to the office to try to remedy the situation…. All we get is excuses and the refusal again with staff saying “we are too overrun with Amazon to attempt delivery” and “any packages too big or too heavy will not even be attempted” …photos included of the “too big” packages!Is this the service we get from our small town?

Thanks for your help today figuring out what happened to our package that was suppose to be delivered on Monday the 5th, but was not. We did receive it today, Friday and all is well. Thank you very much for handling this situation professionally.

Terrible they will not deliver packages to physical address, even after clarifying with postmaster and filling out paper. I don't know how local people put up with there business.
