It is worth a special trip for its outstanding butcher case products and quality processing with improved options. Customers recommend it highly for butchering, noting the fast, professional service and amazing communication. The shop sells a wide selection of items including amazing jerky, brats, steaks, delicious beef sticks, and outstanding house-made charcuterie like the favorite outlaw salami. The specialty bacon, sausages, and fresh, amazingly seasoned meats make it a carnivore's dream.

We purchased the Wongdock pineapple sausages and they were wonderful. This sausage has the snap in it when you bite into it. Next time we'll pick up a pack of these and another flavor because im sure they're all delicious. Make sure you try the Teriyaki beef jerkey.

I can't believe this place is in Winchester! It's a super-clean, modern meat market with locally produced fresh, frozen and smoked meats. If you have your own meats, they have a great website for specifying how you want it processed.
