Stopped in to get a pop and some pizza gave the cashier a 50 told me it was rejected.. he acted like saved 50 kids from a burning building then told me that he has rejected several 50s. So I took the money right back to the bank right down the road where I just got it from and told them Casey's rejected it.. turns out the money is real and I wasted 45 minutes of my life that I will never get back

Had my pizza ordered, 50 min wait time. No big deal. I walked in ten minutes after pickup time and it still wasn't ready, haven't even started on it. Left to do some shopping, came back like 30 minutes later and the girl didn't even bother to read the order ticket i guess but they didn't make it the way it was ordered and paid for. So when I got it I asked to be wrote down for a free one since the wait time was so long and they butchered my order. Her response was to walk away and say nothing, with an attitude. On top of that, when they boxed my pizza they made sure to crease it on the pizza causing a few slices to fall out when i opened it to check my order. Sue made sure it was wrote down though, so props to her for always being such a hard worker. Been trying to call today to redeem my order and im sitting here for 2 hours on the phone with no answer so I guess yall don't answer your phones anymore. This place has turned into a pig farm in terms of service. I used to work here and it was never this bad in my time there. Truely sad to see. From the hiring of meth heads trying to steal from the place their employed to the terrible attitudes, abingdon caseys would easily go out of business on the pizza side if a little Ceasars or really any other fast food opened in town. Desperately needs some new training or leadership.

We ordered a Large Taco Pizza today. It was mainly just crust. And big pieces of lettuce. Not very good at all.

Nice enough people, but constantly long lines, one cashier multiple food cases empty expired old pizza left to sit in the warmer when they have 3 people in the kitchen and almost no orders hanging?? Nah, sounds lazy and we'll pass. There's a Casey's every other town anyways so nope

Got a breakfast pizza The dough was not done and i even had them cook it a little longer The crust was so thin I couldn't pick it up without the toppings falling off There was very little cheese sauce and they sprinkled very little cheddar cheese all in the very middle Had flour all over the box cause she just handed it to us with dough and flour all over her hands I worked for this place for 11 yrs and Its very sad I will not order again The staff in the kitchen needs retrained or just trained period They are rude and really a district manager and the health dept. Needs to come and evaluate that kitchen Its off the charts on negatives on everything and everywhere A manager should be in that kitchen helping out if they are so busy that they tell people an hour for 1 pizza I understand short staffed but if you gotta qait an hour that pizza should be a great pizza not some flimsy not done crust Just a horrible lesson learned
