They sold me the wrong wigs I brought two wigs on December 30th 2022 and today I was supposed to get my hair done by my hairstyle until she told me I got the wrong wigs for me and my sister I had my mom to call them and they said yes I can exchange my wigs because its the wrong ones and they said I can come in along as I had the receipt for them and I just went in and they told me that I couldn't exchange them than lied and said I didnt call them but I called them a hour ago telling them they sold me the wrong wigs

I’m very upset I drove 30 mins from my house after calling asking if they had the hair color and length he told me yes I get there only for him To try and sell me something completely different than what I asked for! They never have what you really need and will lie to get you there!

Just came from this location. I was surprised to find a store near Lombard,IL. The selection wasn't that much and the prices compared to say Broadview 17th store or say Hair Depot was just about $1.50 More but they did have clearance deals on braiding hair but again selections are few. I wish it was black owned but it not hey. Thier was a lot of ladies coming in and out of that location good traffic area for the store. The staff was polite in a cautious way. Didn't want to rub anyone the wrong way I see. but once again its unfortunate as black people born in USA we don't have our own supply stores as we move towards upper class areas such as oak brook a nd Lombard and Glen ellyn. that is all.

Pricey Hair wigs! Accessory prices not too bad. They charge 100s for Synthetic wigs. That's not good.
