I can’t say enough good about the guys who work here. First and foremost, this place is Veteran owned and ran. For me, personally being a Veteran as well, I have the utmost respect for those who signed that dotted line. As for being mechanics, they’re amazing! Quick, efficient, and they will work with you when you are in a time of need. Much Respect guys!!!!

Hi, I had a bad un knowledgeable experience with two shops I took my Mercedes GL 550 to Mercedes dealership on 6/28/25 for an inspection they told me things were wrong with my truck that I knew it couldn’t be true because I had none of those symptoms that they said so they wanted to do a complete break down on the truck which would cost me 3,000 dollars which was just for that tearing it down and putting it back together that’s not including the work if needed any I declined so there after a week later I went to Orlando Mall shopping left the mall went to the Gas station got my gas now the truck wouldn’t start afterwards so I called my extended warranty company they sent a tow truck out to tow me home because it was a Sunday no shops were open so the next morning they sent another tow truck to pick it up and take it to their suggested shop did that my truck was in that shop a month that shop knew I had a warranty so they tried to run it up with things that was wrong and not true to get the money they wanted to do the same thing Mercedes suggested a tear down and I would have to pay until the warranty was approved and if they don’t approve it I was liable to pay it’s like the shops wanted money and the extended warranty didn’t want to pay so I declined because I knew my truck wasn’t having any problems like they said so now I’m upset I went to have my truck towed out of there I called AAC AUTO CLINIC INC. In Addison, IL which was one hour and a half from my home spoke to Cody explained to him my situation and asked can I have it towed to him he was like sure but I won’t be able to look at it until a week because he have a lot of cars to get out I said ok for some reason talking to Cody gave me confidence the way he talked intelligently and honestly I felt secure had it towed to his shop got there told him the truck just wouldn’t start up after going to the gas station for gas he said immediately it sounds like the starter and explains thoroughly what the starter does when it goes out so he said he would have a look at it when I say Cody called me three days later not a week not a month he was very prompt I was excited he says for sure it’s your starter and he would check the motor out when he do the starter which i gave him permission to start on that sent half of the deposit that’s how comfortable I felt in Cody and his team three days later Cody called and said I have good news and better news he said the starter is complete started on first crank tested the drive and he said it was fine good to go the better news is that you don’t need a motor I could have cried I know this is a long story but well worth it I feel like Cody and his team saved my life with this one because my warranty company didn’t want to pay out saying I burned the starter out and something with the motor they just didn’t want to pay anything so after I paid Cody I canceled that company they are bad news remind you I only had the truck since April haven’t even put 1,000 miles in it so i canceled them and will find another company I just want to say thank you to Cody and his team they did an awesome quick accurate job I’m very pleased and impressed by the whole team he could have told me the same thing the other shops told me but didn’t he fixed the real problem and not trying to get any extra money out of me honestly and loyalty is everything to me and they have earned my trust I will never go to another shop all of my business will go to AAC AUTO CLINIC INC. they are the best so if anyone are having problems with their vehicle please go to this shop you won’t be disappointed I promise you! Thank You Cody You And Your Team Are The Best!!!

Cross threaded the bolt between frame and the chassis. Their technician was able to remove the bolt in 1 hour, saving me at least $2000 in repairs that other shops quoted me. I am happy that I have found this place. From now on, they will be servicing, all of my 3 vehicles, no more dealerships. I would like to also, Give shut out to Jeffrey's auto body shop on the lake street, both of these companies offer great customer service, and they do great work, satisfaction guaranteed 100%.

I brought my daughters car in for repair on the coolant system. It was leaking and every week we were refilling the overflow tank. Tim got us in and repaired the Filler Throat/Cap where the leak was happening. That was great for a several months. Then it started happening again, and because AAC has an excellent warranty and great customer service we brought it back to them. They looked at and replaced the thermostat and ensured there was no more leak all at no charge. Then just one week later the system threw a code and lit up a warning signal on the dash board. This freaked out my daughter so we took it back. They checked the system again and it was running fine, again no charge. That weekend it through the same diagnostic code. We took it back one last time and they found that the sensor was not functioning properly. The changed out the sensor, recalibrated for the correct temperature all at no charge, and for 3 months now the car is working perfectly. I can't thank Tim enough for all the hard work he and AAC put into making sure my daughters car was operating correctly and more importantly to me, safely.
As a father, I trust Tim and I trust AAC Auto Clinic with my daughters' car and her safety. This is the highest possible seal of approval I could give to a company. We now take all four of our vehicles to AAC. They are fair, they are quick and they work to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Paid $1200 to remove oil leakage underneath the car, nothing is removed, partially repaired, still have to figure out how to solve oil leakage, but with no $1200 in my pocket 😅 nice guys, but terrible service, as always, this shop was recommended by the dealer where I bought a car, I think it’s my fault that I’ve trusted him

This place is amazing. They have over 20 lifts and consistently doing good work. Highly recommend. Young gentleman named pauly did a fantastic job figuring out the issues. Awesome team and great owner.

Just want to say Thanks to the shop. Was on vacation had some car troubles. AAC was able to get us in right away and had our vehicle fixed within a couple of hours.

The incompetent work that these people did basically put my life in danger. And forget about any kind of professional responsibility for showing me the tiniest bit of courtesy or even basic human sympathy, they actually called my place of work to complain about me!!
Here’s how the story goes: my work van broke down while one of my employees was driving it. So the guys who Manage our vehicles at our company got the vehicle to AAC because we have a relationship with them and this is who we always use. Our warehouse manager who uses the vehicle from time to time had no doubt in his mind that the issue was with the alternator. But the folks at AAC found no fault with the alternator, and instead only cleaned the throttle body. The vehicle came back to the shop, supposedly fixed, and five days later I took it out on a job, and it completely died on me in the middle of the highway during rush-hour. I was stuck between two lanes with a completely dead vehicle, and cars were flying at me and swerving around me at 70 to 80 mph from two different directions. At this point, my life was definitely at risk. I had the vehicle towed back to AAC And the next day they told me it was the alternator and they charged us over $1000 to fix it. When I came to pick the vehicle up, I had asked why the alternator wasn’t fixed a week ago when we had brought the vehicle in. The gentleman insisted that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the alternator at that point, and that this was a completely new problem. “Since five days ago??“, I asked. The gentleman insisted that this was correct. Let me be clear, we had not been driving the vehicle for five days from the time we picked up the vehicle to the time it broke down again. This was only the second time we took it out. The second time you drive a vehicle after it comes back from the shop, it shouldn’t break down in the middle of the highway. In any case, I was getting nowhere in my conversation with this guy, so I informed him that I would be recommending that our company could not use his services in the future. Imagine how I felt when I realize that he called my company to say how unprofessional I have been to him!! I deal in Customer Service. My work is forward facing. I interface with customers day in and day out, and I have dealt with my share of complaints. I always try to show empathy, and I try to take responsibility and accountability whenever I can. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. But people will meet you halfway if you treat them like a human being. I was treated like garbage. Plain and simple. And more importantly, they put my safety at risk. I was only glad that I was driving the vehicle at that time, and not one of my employees Or coworkers. I stand by this Review, and I would highly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.

I’ve been going to AAC for 5 years, they were recommended by my employer that takes all their vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs. I am always satisfied with their services and prices are fair and transparent.
