I was a loyal customer for many years and purchased alot of items from the Elgin,Illinois location.Unfortanately it closed. Recently I ordered a bedroom set online and paid online for it.When I decided to cancel the order due to pandemic I followed proper protocol. Now after a month in a half I have yet to get my money back. All I get is the run around from the Addison location who give me different numbers to call. After many calls no one is giving me my money back. I have never been treated so rudely or been given the run around like this. Never would I recommend this place. I am a Property Manager and how they handle things is 100% unacceptable. I wonder how many others have had issues. I will be reporting this to the Better business Bureau.Still as of May 2024 the worst place ? to go. Choose another location.

Definitely a go to place! Professional and helpful! General manager Levonte went out of his way to make sure everything happened for me easily! And if that wasn’t enough Alex and Chris who delivered my couch set made it happen when it didn’t seem possible to make it through the door frame of my apartment building they made it happen!!! Thank you guys!!

I just wanted to say everyone from the General Manager to the Sales Manager were and are very exceptional salesmen to work with. I also want to share my experience with the delivery team, they were prompt and very professional. They took the time to set up my new 75" television and showed me some features on it.My buying experience as a whole was seamless!! They helped me out with the payment process and kept me informed when my merchandise would arrive. Thank you AARONS OF ADDISON!!!

SOOO BAD- I walked in wanting an electric dryer- I decided to do a washer dryer set - it was cheaper- I have an electric house only- NO GAS- THESE guys send me the WRONG DRYER 2 DAYS AGO- and now it's hell on earth to get a working dryer- Any suggestions on what do do-

Been a customer with Aarons for a few years now and I say they never disappoint! The new manager Levonte works on a timely manner and is very professional along side with his delivery guys! Kudos to the manager Levonte and his team and I hope they get rewarded accordingly!

I called yesterday. Spoke to a woman who claimed to be the gm and said she would be in today. I asked about renting a laptop. She told me they offer one month rentals at minimum and if I brought it back within two weeks I would be charged half the price instead of the full price. Drove all the way to the store in addison from kane county with my whole family. Store is empty. No employee in sight. Had to go to the back to find one. He informs me the gm isn't a women and the male gm wouldn't be in until Monday morning. He also told me what she told me wasn't true. He Said they only rent to own and they don't provide short terms rentals. He said it is a 3 month rental minimum and then you have to eventually purchase the laptop. I understand this guy today was answering my questions and my issue isn't with him. It's with the woman who claimed to be gm (wasnt) and had me Drive 40 mins out of my way and waste my time to find out I couldn't even rent a laptop. Not happy. I'll never return to this store. And that woman should be fired for lieing to me. What a waste of time. I won't recommend aarons to anyone in the future.
