Addison Floral did a phenomenal job for our June 2024 wedding!!! They are an old, small, local place, and they know what they're doing after so many years of business. Their pricing was so affordable and lower than any other place I was quoted, but it was still high quality work!! They also did pocket boutonnieres, which I absolutely loved! Their set up and travel fee was very reasonable and they were willing to drop flowers at the church, my house, and the reception venue, all for the 1 set up fee!! The initial consultation with Larry went smooth and he had samples of flowers for me to compare. They were timely, professional, and so friendly. I will be going to them for all of my future floral needs.

Very friendly, and helpful staff, price was reasonable for a walk a flower bouquet they put together for me last minute, first time shopping here and they have earned themselves repeat customer for my flower needs.

Picked this florist since they were local and had high reviews. The flowers came on time, but a lot were not fresh and on their way out. Pretty disappointed for the price they charge

Had a last minute order for a sympathy bouquet that they delivered a few hours after opening. Flowers were fresh and what was pictured online. Was my first time ordering and was concerned due to the sensitivity of the situation, but they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I came in last minute asking them to put together a bouquet for a wake I was attending. They managed to put it together so quickly, at an affordable price, and it was such a beautiful bouquet!

There was a slight mixup with my order. Addison floral took the extra steps to make it right. Rare to find such great customer service nowadays and especially on Christmas weekend when they must be very busy !

Where do I start?? I absolutely had the best experience with Larry at addison floral, for my wedding. I had a small budget and he took me as seriously as you would someone spending a whole lot more on wedding flowers. He worked with my budget, we met a few times to solidify exactly what I wanted, he answered all my questions, delivered everything on time, put my arrangements together at the venue, including candles, etc. He made gorgeous bouquets. I’m so happy we went with Addison Floral, and will be using him for any future events. Thank you Larry!!!

My mom purchased me a floral arrangement for my 35th birthday. We love Addison Floral. They did my mom’s wedding flowers. They have been the place my dad would stop in for all major occasions - graduations, birthdays, etc. I am not sure what happened. I received these flowers on Wednesday. This is how they looked on Thursday. I debated posting this. My mom has a long relationship with Addison Floral. But my mom is retired and I know she spent a good amount of money on these. So when I decided to post a review, I wanted it to be as thorough as possible because I’m not only disappointed that this is what I received but I’m more so disappointed that my mom’s money was spent on these flowers. Here it goes:1) My mom specifically stated money was not an issue. She was quoted $50-$75 and she said $75 was fine. She was charged over that price.2) My mom specifically stated something beautiful and bright flowers. And to make it pretty for a birthday. What we received is anything but. Broken off petals, daisies that cost pennies, drooping flowers, old flowers, etc.3) Whenever flowers are delivered, they are delivered with the vase in the box. This wasn’t. It looked as if when it was delivered, it must have fallen in the delivery drivers vehicle, maybe the box got wet, who knows - but no box, broken flowers, and dead flowers.4) The flowers died in one day.5) My mom called and spoke to someone by the name of “Donna” and expressed that she needed to speak to Larry about the terrible arrangement. Donna never gave Larry the message and had to call a second time! My mom called to express her disappointment. It seemed as though no one truly cared this was what was delivered. No explanation. No apology. All that was said was “we can refund you partially”. Partially?! Now we specifically stated that we weren’t looking for a refund. And we weren’t. But even to offer only a partial refund shows how out of touch and how unconcerned this company and owner was. If he can treat someone who has been using his company for over 40 years like this, trust me he will not care about you or your business.This is all I’m going to say. The way you treat you customers say a lot about your business and you individually. The way you present your business in your product says a lot about your business and you individually. You were given full reign to provide a beautiful bouquet and provided something that even if it wasn’t dead and destroyed would have cost half of what you charged. You delivered a broken, dying arrangement without a box that showed no care for your customer. And then when you received a call that there was unhappiness (which your notecard specifically says - please call us if you’re unsatisfied), you do not show any sympathy that you ruined a birthday surprise. And you aren’t man enough or have the right business mentality to know that a full refund should have been offered (even if it wouldn’t have been accepted). What you should have done was send a new arrangement the next day with an apology. But you also didn’t do that. You didn’t do anything.You have lost good customers and business. But mostly you have lost our respect. This was a poor business performance on all counts. It’s disappointing. Be better.

Bouquet that was sent was nothing like I ordered,colors were not even close and flowers were sparse,very disappointed.
